"great for 1 person"
The only negative was their pillows. Every thing else was great in my book. It's not a 5☆ Hotel but you know that going in. Very close to 3 subway stations, walkable to Ginza shopping. Staff very friendly, but knew little English; but how many of us in America speak Japanese?Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Compact room but not a capsule"
The rooms are small and could be an problem if you intend to spend a lot of time in the room, the location is great for the Ginza and not bad for the Tokyo station area, the fish market is a 15 minute walk away. all in all a good value hotelGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Great for our trip we had two rooms. The pillows could be better :).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Too small even for a "business" hotel"
Room was impossibly small and not advertised as such. I left after one night of a three-night reservation. I have stayed in the smaller-sized Japanese rooms in the past, but none were this small and I do not know it in advance; I would never have stayed here if I had. There were no services or amenities at the place (the VERY tiny eatery closes at […] mid-afternoon). Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Solid Tokyo hotel"
Pretty good place next to Takaracho subway station on Asakusa line. Rooms are small (cause tokyo) but clean and comfy. The staff is courteous - we dropped our bags off at noon prior to checkin. Staffs' English is good enough for hotel business. I wasn't fond of the breakfast.Genuine Expedia guest review
"no water bottle provided on the first day"
no bad but not really satisfied, all the aircon symbol in Japanese instead of English, not understand to on the heaterGenuine Expedia guest review
Clean, neat room. Hotel staff is courteous and helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice hotel close to Ginza and main train station"
This is a decent back-up hotel if you can't find a room closer to your main point of interest. It is 15-20 minute walk to the train station and 10-15 to Ginza. The rooms are tiny, as is typical of Japanese business hotels, just big enough for a bed and a thin desk. No international channels on the large LCD TV. This hotel seems very new. Bed was comfortable, […] internet was fast, breakfast was minimalist but good. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"clean but off the tourist path"
It is a clean hotel with friendly staff. Opposite end of town from Shinjuku etc. About a 30 minute train ride. More of a business hotel. Did not cater to tourists at all.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great hotel. We'll be back again!"
We had a great time staying at the hotel. It was only 10 minutes walk from the Tokyo Station. You can also walk to the Ginza street for shopping and popular eating places. Walk there at night is pretty cool too. The reception area welcomes you with cleanliness and professional service. The room was clean, organize and fabulously presented. Awesome […] bathroom. Cool view of the skyline from the bedroom window. Also, there's a gas station nearby for late night snacks and drinks. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Decent chain, good location, details need help"
Great Location, pleasant staff but there were issues with the room. When I went to take a bath, I saw that there were used band-aids somewhat hidden, but that and some random pieces of rubbish made me hesitant. I was only there for a short stop over and it wasn't a massive deal (nothing that picking up with tissues wouldn't solve), but still, its not […] a pleasant thing to see in a hotel room. 15 minute walk to the train station and theater. Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. I would have enjoyed an English TV news station in the morning. A perfect small room.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Ginza shopping, Tokyo Station"
Although the rooms may be smaller than Western hotels, they are well maintained and have all the amenities you would need during a hotel stay. The front desk workers are very nice and will greet you every time you leave or enter the lobby. It may be helpful to learn a few Japanese phrases specific to a hotel reservation just in case, however. There […] are double bed rooms on the higher floors and are perfect if you want more space and a bigger bathroom. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"dust piles in the room, and corner on the floor"
This time, small dust piles were noticeable in the room, small dust particles were flying in the air, when air conditioner was on. Maybe, air-conditioner filter should be changed or ...? Hotel needs corner vacuum equipment to vacuum the difficult areas. Because floor carpet and table top had black color, dust was very noticeable. I talked about dusty […] situation of my room to front desk but this issue of cleanliness was not resolved. Also, the bottom of bathroom shower vinyl curtain area was stained with yellowish brown color, not pleasant. However, the room did not have any smell. Most of front desk employee could hardly speak English. I wondered if the hotel was only for Japanese customers. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Very Functional Hotel"
Super small single room, but packed with everything I needed. This hotel didm't have much to move around, but the room was laid out well for the space and everything I get out o fa normal hotel room was provided. Very comfortable bed and a very large TV.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Downtown near Tokyo Station"
Nice hotel that is only 10 minute walk from tokyo station. very clean and friendly staff. Not a lot of sight seeing in the neighborhood, but it has good connections to all of tokyoGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Hotel in Tokyo with great location"
The hotel is situated in a very convenient location near Ginza (5-7 min walk to the main street) and few underground stations which allows to travel to all the major places of interest without changing lines. The staff is friendly and ready to help. The hotel is quite new so all the facilities are in good conditions. The room was very small ( 10-12 […] sq.m including bathroom) there is no place for luggage and no wardrobe to store clothes. The restaurant offers basic japanese cuisine but there are lots of places nearby to dine. Wi-Fi was free and worked well. I would recommend this hotel to somebody travelling alone for not many days and who has limited budget. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Well priced hotel in Ginza only 10min walk to trai"
Overall a very good hotel for it's price, extremely clean and well kept. The front desk was helpful in changing my room from one to two beds. Would not hesitate to come here again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Small but comfy"
Nice hotel, fairly new and well-maintained. Rooms are Tokyo small and here they can accommodate two people at most -- you won't have space to exercise in the room or anything, but if you just want a place to sleep and bathe then this is perfectly fine. Staff spoke enough English to perform hotel functions, but don't expect a concierge experience. Breakfast […] is at the udon noodle restaurant on the first floor... for the most approachable breakfast, get the hot noodles in hot soup. Location is right by a subway stop and a 10 minute walk to bright Ginza nightlife, 15 minute walk with bags to Tokyo station. If following Google maps, the hotel entrance is on the other side of the block from where it takes you (next to the udon restaurant). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"New, clean with small rooms"
Traditional Japanese rooms but queen beds that are soft. Nice new TV on wall, but only Japanese stations. VG internet and WiFi. Good value. Very small bathroom. If you are 6'5 or above not a good hotel for you.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very new and modern hotel right in the heart of shopping meccah of Ginza.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Small but otherwise acceptable in a good location"
As other reviewers have mentioned, this place is small, even by Tokyo standards. You'd probably have to pack and unpack your suitcase on the bed. It is within walking distance of the Tokyo shinkansen station, and several metro stations. One thing that bothered me was the single lift, which made things difficult when large groups were checking out.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Elegant hotel with tiny room"
The location is great, easy access from Tokyo station by foot. My bed was way too soft. The bed sheets are good quality but the pillows are weird (for a non japanese at least) : 5 cm thick and flat. But the problem is the A/C located above the bed, blowing all night on you ( you can turn it off but such a tiny room will not hold enough air for the night...). […] You can open the window . Personnel are very kind. There is a noodle restaurant for breakfast. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good but small room."
The location to Railway Station, Underground stations, retail shops, convenient stores and eateries was perfect. The breakfast was good at Udon Noodle Restaurant. My only criticism was that the room was on the small side.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good location with pleasant staff."
We spent 11 days at this hotel in the Ginza District. it worked well as a base for exploring Tokyo. We used the free Wifi to search our routes on the trains. There is a station on the same block. The room is tiny with no closet.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Tight, Clean Quarters"
Everything was clean. Very close to subway/metro, but a station with one line only. Consider paying more for a hotel on > 1 line (I.E. a junction) if you plan to visit different places. Just take a look at the Tokyo Metro map online. I stayed four nights and the chambermaid attention was good but sagged as my stay progressed, to the point of the in-room […] coffee not being replenished the second-last day, which I realized at 5 a.m. on check-out day. :-( Living in North America, I am used to larger hotel rooms but as a solo traveller although the room was extremely "compact", it made very good use of space. Reliable wifi. Generally good value for money. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Very good condition. It is near to a few Toei Subway/Tokyo Metro station. Walking distance to Tokyo JR station, where u can take all the long distance shinkansen to anywhere. Can be a good place to be your base.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Small room and not the best pillows."
The service was great and else was too the only thing bringing down the rating was the size of the room(which can't be helped much because the building is complete) and the pillows were so thin and not very comfortable.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"small but new rooms, location not so fantastic"
As with many hotels in Tokyo, rooms are compact. Not recommended for big luggages. But this is a relatively new concept hotel with trendy decors and "tap" access cards. Access to this hotel with luggages by JR/Metrol trains not recommended, as nearest Stn is Toei's Takaracho(multiple transfers required). Minimum 15mins walk to Tokyo Stn.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Staff was helpful. Quiet neighborhood. Very near train station and Tokyo station. One train ride from/to Haneda airport. Walking distance to Ginza, Yaesu and Marounuchi shopping place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Hotel walking distance to subway station"
Room was small, but clean and comfy. Hotel staff was nice, but sometimes language barrier was a bit of a problem. It seemed like each time I had a question, it made staff seem uncomfortable and they needed to look up answers to basic tourist questions. This may be that they mainly cater to business clients, rather than tourists?...I am not sure.Genuine Expedia guest review
Staff were very helpful. Very near to important locations in Tokyo like Tokyo station, Ginza, Yaesu. A minute walk to takaracho and Kyobashi station for a train ride to Akihabara for some cheap everything you need. 1 train ride from and to Haneda airport.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
There was only one elevator moving slowly. Small size is fine, but the waiting time is a bit too long in an effective and efficient society as Tokyo.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Everything you need"
The rooms are tiny, but have everything you need. Can't fault the hotel for the price. Would definitely stay again :)Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Genuine Expedia guest review
Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Genuine Hotels.com guest review
