I stayed there almost 3 weeks for business. the hotel was brand new so thats always nice. of course there were a few items because of that but still no big deal. This is a new hotel and beautifull decoration and good service. They need to check the valet service for the car because they stole me the coins in my car every time I park my car with they. Bad! Not what expected out of Hilton property. I use Hilton properties often. Hilton Santa Fe Mexico opened 3 weeks ago and Hotel not ready for operation. No WiFi service unless you are in your room. "Stay Elsewhere (For Some Time)"
The hotel is still under some construction so there are severe deficiencies. The room was impeccable although it was not the room I had booked. Regrettably, there was a problem with the bathroom sink and the wireless service was out for several hours. The rooftop bar (prominently shown on the site) was still not open and no vehicle was offered to take […] us to a neighboring hotel. Lastly they were doing construction at night so the noise precluded sleep. All in all, a hotel that would have been better served (and would serve its guests better) had they delayed the opening to a point where they are fully operational. I enjoy my stays at Hilton hotels. Though the hotel is new and very comfortable in general, it can get very cold in Mex starting from Autumn, and the hotel does not have any heating in a any of the rooms. When you enter this hotel you feel just fine, no stress, no noise, no nothing. Everything has an amazing balance of colours and smell.We stayed at a Junior Suite which was perfect for us because it had a separate living room with tv so we didn't have to mess up the bed to watch a movie. My husband and I stay at this hotel Aug 21 to the 25th, 2014. The area is far from the truistic places, but perfect for couples and business. The rooms have a beautiful and functional fixtures, the rooms are so modern and have an awesome rain shower! We didn't like the big feather bulky pillows but we ask for a normal pillow size and they brought these […] to our room. The stuff were very helpful and friendly. The location is literally on the Samara Mall but the hotel is very quiet, once you get into the lobby. The area of Santa Fe is more green and cooler then other areas of DF because is in higher altitude, we enjoy it. The only thing that I don't like is that the internet is not free and the rate is not cheap and other detail was that the only two bottles of water that we use in the room were priced at 50 pesos each but in our bill appear more minibar charges that we didn't have time to square. A nice thing, the concierge of Hilton Santa Fe recommend a place to dine for our last night in the same area to La Cantina de Becco in the Westin Hotel, it was a perfect dinner so we appreciate the suggestion.
