The Hilton was brand new and it was a pleasure at every turn. Everyone spoke English and it was easy to get along. They had cars available to take us to our destinations without having to rent a car and their fees were very reasonable. The Concierge was very efficient and professional. We dined in the hotel for dinner and it was truly a five star experience. Wish we were there longer...

Front office needs some smiling and friendly people. Restaurant / breakfast is a rip off for vegetarians. Sometimes not even 1 out of 10 dishes was vegetarian in our week long stay.

That hotel was wonderfull, everithing was new and clean, the room was perfect because it was modern and elegant, with the 50" led screen and the air condition, it made my staying very good... Other thing I liked was the pool. The bad thing I sow, is dificult to find the parking for the car, there are not indications, you have to improve, and where you finally find the parking, is really dificult now to find the hotel, because you have to go to the mall and then is dificult to find incications for the hotel.

I stayed there almost 3 weeks for business. the hotel was brand new so thats always nice. of course there were a few items because of that but still no big deal. The staff was the best part about the hotel, when I did need something they jumped all over it, I spent my birthday there and they brought cake, took pictures it was fun at least for being away from home they went out of there way. Anyways I would stay again in second. Once again the people are really what made it nice.

This is a new hotel and beautifull decoration and good service. They need to check the valet service for the car because they stole me the coins in my car every time I park my car with they. The manager take my note and I'm sure they work with a better service in the valet parking.

The hotel is still under some construction so there are severe deficiencies. The room was impeccable although it was not the room I had booked. Regrettably, there was a problem with the bathroom sink and the wireless service was out for several hours. The rooftop bar (prominently shown on the site) was still not open and no vehicle was offered to take us to a neighboring hotel. Lastly they were doing construction at night so the noise precluded sleep. All in all, a hotel that would have been better served (and would serve its guests better) had they delayed the opening to a point where they are fully operational. I enjoy my stays at Hilton hotels. However, Hilton Mexico City Santa Fe is Hilton at its very worst.

We were upgraded to an Executive Room and paid only additional 30usd but included the Breakfast which we have not availed as it was not possible when making booking directly at the hotel. We arrived late at the hotel but we had the time to enjoy the before dinner aperitifs-the canapes at the Executive Lounge. We enjoyed a lot as they offer several options and we didn't even had to eat dinner after as we were tired. The Executive Breakfast was very good although not so many options but those were the basic that you may need for a day. We enjoyed taking photos outside of the lounge restaurant as it is overlooking a nice view of Santa Fe. The room is very clean and spacious with new white bed sheets which are comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and the amenities are nicer with 1 set of robe and slippers to use. Almost all the employees at the service areas speaks English very well and very acomodating and friendly. Check in & Check out were fast. Internet was free and fast. Parking is not included and we paid about 8 usd. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we recommend others to get this hotel when in Santa Fe. The hotel is new; about 1 year old so you can expect a clean environment all over and the hotel rate is very practical.

Though the hotel is new and very comfortable in general, it can get very cold in Mex starting from Autumn, and the hotel does not have any heating in a any of the rooms. The air conditioners only provide cool air, and the hotel does not give out any heaters. I visited the reception several times during my stay because I was freezing in my room (and this was before Winter) and they had no solution for me.

When you enter this hotel you feel just fine, no stress, no noise, no nothing. Everything has an amazing balance of colours and smell.We stayed at a Junior Suite which was perfect for us because it had a separate living room with tv so we didn't have to mess up the bed to watch a movie. Great food, exceeded my expectations. The rooftop pool is amazing, can't wait to have a special occasion to make a great pool party, or simply relax with my significant other. We had access to the Executive floor, which was i guess my best place in the hotel, several living rooms, meeting room, food all day long, wine, beer, te, coffee...excellent. Simply...great overall. Leaving Four Seasons and St Regis behind, this is the number 3 for us.

Todo muy bien, el personal muy servicial y atento, las instalaciones del hotel y la comodidad de la habitación excelentes, lo único con lo que no estoy muy contento es con los precios de los alimentos, que para mi gusto son caros, sin embargo como el hotel esta conectado a la plaza Sumará recomiendo acudir a esta por alimentos e incluso hay un chedraui select.
