Great hotel, but some minor inconveniences
This was a really lovely hotel. The room and hotel itself was quite stylish and everything was quite nice. The only inconveniences were that the wifi was not working when I was there, even though the staff kept mentioning it would "turn on any minute." Also, I had left late and came back pretty late, and I had to call for them to open the gate -- kind of confusing, as I thought the reception was open 24 hours. Also, there is no ATM here, so you will need to find a safe area during the day or take a taxi somewhere -- I highly recommend getting money when you leave the airport.

Wifi at this hotel is dangerous
The hotel wifi was so slow that my computer froze and in spite of many efforts I may have lost all the data from my hard drive. We were afraid to walk in the neighborhood. The staff was kind and helpful, but my stay at the hotel was a disaster.

NICE SURPRISE for the location, value & comfort
We were amazed that for $ 35 USD per night we got a clean, quiet, comfortable room. King size bed, walk in shower.. lots of hot water. A very accommodating maid.. We increased the pillows on arrival to 4, and an extra towel! Staff very nice, informative and spoke some English. Beds and pillows are extremely hard and not that comfortable, but for the value they were perfect, Breakfast included hot coffee, fresh OJ, somes eggs and Ham and toast. Perfect. Computer to use, print boarding passes and free WIFI throughout!

Really nice, clean, close to sites!
This hotel is in an ideal location close to Zocalo, shopping and public transportation. It is a beautiful hotel at a great price, and the restaurant is reasonably priced. It is a very clean, safe feeling hotel, although we didn't feel comfortable to be out after 9pm. Unfortunately, the shower water isn't always warm enough for a comfy shower, and the beds are hard--typical for Mexico it seems. We would stay there again though!
