It was worse ever hotel, I have ever stayed. I had a 5 day business trip. I am regular visitor of city but this was horrible experience. AC was very noisy !! Internet was pathetic !! Rooms were smelly !! Bathrooms were of stone age !! Unprofessional approach and ethics of staff. If you are young they will start explaining rules immediately without […] knowing about you, about your female friends that you can not invite your female friends to your room. If local female friend, then not allowed to visit your room. If outsider even then she has to make a declaration. Location was pretty good. But mediocre service really spoils one's holiday mood. Apparently the hotel does not allow opposite gender guest, so if you're planning to call friends into the room, think twice. Our stay was just OK - not as good and clean and well maintained as the website shows. Front desk staff are not well trained and mislead you and talk back unprofessionally as if they are doing guests a big favour by giving a room in the first place in their hotel!! "Ok but not that great"
Hotel was ok. On daily basis we had to call and ask for facilities that were supposed to be provided during room service. Hot water only came through the taps from 7am until 4pm. If you had to take a shower out of this time, you had to call and ask them to turn on the hot water. Internet service was very poor and took ages to login in. I had booked […] this hotel through Expedia which included, free breakfast, Wi-Fi and airport transporation but the Manager of the hotel had no idea and keep saying those services were not included in our package. A lot of time was wasted trying to make him understand. If you are deaf then you won't be too bothered about planes going over the hotel every 20 minutes. Hotellet såg inbjudande ut på bilden, men visades vara ganska nersliten. Vi bytte rum efter första natten då det var väldigt mycket oväsen för personalen samt en del gäster. "Extremely poor experience - hotel couldn't care less!"

We'd booked a couple of rooms for some relatives. The nightmarish experience started with the check-in, where the hotel insisted on address proof, instead of the normal identity proof. We requested the reception that the guests were retired folks from India itself, who weren't used to carrying passports around, and I could vouch for them by producing my addr proof: we were met with a nonchalant response that this was the govt. rule, and they couldn't help it. We tried coaxing them to give us time to produce an alternate proof and at least let the old couple checkin, since they were tired from a long journey - the staff just didn't care. After lot of pleading, they were allowed in. The horror continued when we were told, each and every person checking in, requires an ID proof. Since they were wife and kids, we requested a waiver on that, which was again met with a dont-care attitude. After all the brouhaha, when we finally checked in, the night threw up a shocker: The reception didn't maintain duplicate keys for any room! I'm yet to come across a hotel in this day and age, which can claim this honor, that too with pride! All in all, the impression given by the Front Ops manager and reception staff was completely cavalier and rude, as if they just didn't care for business. Even if the rules were being strictly applied, they could've shown some care and helping attitude. This was easily one of the worst experience I can think of in any hotel, across India and abroad. The management seriously needs to re-define whether they want to continue in this business, and what word-of-mouth publicity they're creating with this kind of staff behaviour.

We stayed there with family for 2 nights, it is a hotel very near to Juhu Beach but very far from other tourist places in Mumbai. Room condition is very poor, they are charging very high and the services offered are very poor. Had to call housekeeping many times for the minimum work to be done. It was a terrible experience. Food is very costly, would not recommend this for stay..

The reception staff is extremely disrespectful, to a level you cannot imagine. On complaining about the disrespectful receptionist to the manager, she said this is our level, and if the receptionist knew to treat people better, she would be sitting at the embassy and not here. The hotel staff including managers are not sure of their policies. Different rules followed by different staff caused us delay of 4 hrs to Check in. And as was told to us that policies regarding couple stay are stated on goibibo, I just checked there are no policies stated there. The rooms are quite small with no windows, no view and very small bathrooms. It took 2 reminders to ask for complementary water then finally late evening it was provided. We got a good offer online, or else around 6k for the kind of rooms and service is really too much. I wish I had read the previous bad reviews of rude staff earlier so would have never chosen this hotel.

the best thing about this hotel is its restaurant. it is a lovely venue and they serve delicious food and we especially enjoyed the pasta here. the service is a bit hap hazard eg the waiter came to the table to take our order. He spoke to me and took my order first - then he just walked off. he didn't even look at my partner or ask if he wanted anything. Most bizarre! our room was ok but had one of the tiniest bathrooms ever. nice toiletries and towels and plenty of hot water in the shower. The bed was very comfortable too. We were able to get in room wifi here which was a real benefit. Newspapers were complimentary each morning and the room had a small fridge with some complimentary drinks in and we could make our own tea and coffee in the room too. We were on the 2nd floor so were not high enough for a sea view and in a way i was glad. the sea and the beaches here are filthy and a planned evening stroll along the beach became a quick dash to get off it again as fast as possible. Please be aware that despite what their web site and expedia website says, "Complimentary airport pick-up" does not apply to every room booking. Check your booking carefully and confirm with the hotel first just to make sure if this aspect is important to you. FYI A street taxi will cost you 100 rupees from the hotel to the airport On the whole we had a nice stay

Was in the city for some work purpose and this hotel suited all my needs. Location is very good(near Juhu beach) and getting around from that place is easy. Staffs are very good and friendly, rooms were all clean and tidy. Would book again if I go to Mumbai in future.

Close to Famous Juhu Beach. Rooms are good worth for the money you pay. NIce and clean. Staff is very helpful. Room was well maintained and updated. Good restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Upon arrival I was harassed about having to pay for the room immediately without even seeing the room which I refused to do after them arguing with me. The room had no window that would open but gaps large enough for mosquitos to come in and there was no mosquito net. The room smelt very stale and lingered of cigarette smoke, the bathroom was in that run down 80's style and grotty - There was NO hot water at all. The room itself was very small and I felt cheated as it was quite expensive. As I had a very early 3am international flight to catch I asked for a wake up call at midnight - Which never came! At 10pm I had gone down to reception to pay with my Visa - they told me that it would take too long right then and to pay as I left. It got to 12.30am - I went to leave and pay - Suddenly their credit card machine didn't work - but they then blamed me and told me my card was faulty. As I didn't have cash with me I offered another valid credit card - which was also declined - and they told me that both my credit cards were faulty. I was in a panic I had to catch my flight I told them I would transfer the money for my stay (of one short night) - when I returned to my country - as they had both my credit card details and passport details - They refused to let me go - After 30 minutes of arguments I walked out with my bags - and 5!!! staff grabbed me in the street, the doorman, the porter, the desk guy and two others - pulling me back into the hotel and manhandling me it was something out of a horror film - saying I could not leave until I had paid - The police turned up and forced them to let me go so I could catch my flight - In the end I paid them with some Sri Lankan money I found - and subsequently checked both credit cards with my banks and the banks verified that both my cards were working and valid - I am disgusted at how I was treated and considering it was their fault and that their machines were not working they should have had the consideration to let me go rather than detain me like a criminal for something I had not done! Never stay here!

Worst hotel don't go on photos they all are designed photos. Rooms and bed sizes are very small if you are 2 people u cant able to sleep services is pathetic only location good. Staff is not trained room services people cant listen to you. Near to beach
