Rome in a day
Room was close to the train station. I was able to walk to all the sites and take the trains to the others. The owner was very helpful and nice. He mapped out how to get to all the sites for me. Would definitely stay here again.

Affordable and Comfortable place to stay.
We arrived at Gigi's hotel quite late at night and yet Mr. Santolo was courteous enough to wait and receive us. The Hotel or (B&B) room was clean and comfortable enough and 10 min walk from the main train station or 5 min walk to the nearest Metro. Mr. Santolo was very friendly and very informative about the place, things to see and traveling options while in Rome. He even helped us book a skip the line tickets for Vatican city. We would gladly stay at GIGI's hotel if we make another trip to Rome and recommend this to others as well. It is certainly worth the money and far better than many other expensive hotels that we have been in during our Europe trip. Note: If Mr. Santolo offers or arranges for a pick up or drop off at airport, 'TAKE IT'. Far better price than the local taxi.

A Holiday at the Gigi
The Gigi Holiday was a great experience. Santolo, the owner, was extremely helpful and made our stay very pleasant. The location is excellent for touring Rome......and is also very convenient to the train station in Rome.

Friendly, clean, convenient.
A short walk from termini station. We found a great covered market just around the corner that sells everything. Our host, Santolo, was so nice. Our room was very clean and well decorated and although it faced a busy street the noise didn't bother us (although we come from nyc!). The use of the espresso machine and nice breakfast was a bonus! Would stay there again.

We had the green room. Like it clearly says in the room description, the room was very small. It is only suitable if you are going to stay there for 1 or 2 night MAX. We stayed there for 4 nights and it was a little uncomfortable for that long. The owner however, is very nice guy. Very helpful and gave us directions to sightseeing etc.Owner provides nice breakfast as well.
