I will not go back. It is no customer service at all. Staff don't care about you and your needs. Everybody needs to see movie Selfridge to have idea about customer service. Thank youGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"A good choice for London"
The hotel was comfortable and clean. It is very close to the Picadilly subway line, which made it easy to get around - even to Heathrow.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great S. Kensington location"
We stayed 3 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. Apartment was clean modern, included a washer/dryer combo machine (although it took hours to dry clothes). We didnt mind -just happy to have clean clothes! Location 3 blocks from s. Ken tube station. Front desk very helpful, needed a corkscrew and they sent one immediately. Would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"ok hotel in a good location"
staff were polite but not terribly effective. all in all, the place had a cold, plain feel. also terribly overpriced. room was tiny. some leak in the bathroom that apparently couldn't be fixed. a disappointment.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Mother daughter trip"
We had a lovely 10 night stay here. Room was quiet on the garden side. Bed was comfortable but seemed to have a tilt to it so think frame may have been broken. Great neighborhood. Train accessible with a somewhat short walk.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very small room and needs updating"
The rooms are very small and in need of updating. The only thing this place has to offer is location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Great place! The location was wonderful and all the staff were extremely nice and helpful! Will definitely stay here againGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Larger facility than most in central London at this price. More like an apartment building. Great neighborhood, mini grocery down the block. Internet was the weak spot - its thru BT and at extra cost + spotty service.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location . Both safe and convenient"
While the hotel was pleasant and the staff was attentive , WARNING ABOUT HOTELS.COM! When putting the criteria in for your stay, HOTELS.COM offers options NOT AVAILABLE at the hotels you choose. Example... When you request the bed size and accommodations , HOTELS.COM will offer features that the hotel doesn't even have- king size bed- why put it as […] an option and then add fine print that preferences may not offered at the time of arrival! This makes the hotel look bad and it wasn't their fault- call to confirm . Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't expect help from the front desk"
This hotel is a good value if you don't need wi-fi that works all the time and is in Zone 1. They only give you one key (that's an actual key) and after that, you're pretty much on your own. We told the front desk and the cleaning ladies multiple times that we didn't need our room clean and they did it anyways. The towels smell like vinegar and if you […] need more towels, you have to order them. Positives: It's close to the South Kensington tube station, there's a Starbucks within one block and a Sainsbury (grocery store). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location in Chelsea, disappointing hotel"
Extremely disappointing, lack of toiletries, staff does not make the room on bank holidays, lack of hygiene, bed too soft, TV too small.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Just for the location, nothing else"
If you want to find a studio type with a small kitchen near South Kensington tube staion, this could be an option. You can save some money by using a supermarket right next to this building. But that's all.. you will get a room very different from their photo here. The first room had bad smell and even toilet heater electric coil was exposed to watery […] bathroom. fridge lacks were broken and washing machine was quite dirty and they dont provide or sell detergent. i had to buy big box of detergent from supermarket only for one laundry. Bed was uncomfortable shower was strangely weak. So pick between the two below: Save money and have a backache next day or pay a bit more and find a nicer hotel in South Kensington. "Good location, convenient for business travelers"
CC was a good pick. Location is good and the hotel itself gets the job done well for business travelers looking for a cost-effective and simple hotel. It is a quiet hotel and comfortable room with basic amenities needed. Like a little apartment. Definitely worth the price considering other London hotels! Also, if you have issues falling asleep or sleeping […] at all, I would definitely recommend asking for a room on the courtyard side of the hotel, it makes a huge difference. Much quieter. A simple, clean hotel in an amazing part of London.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I found the Chelsea to be just wonderful small room but that is what I expected in a large city. The washer and dryer and kitchen came in so handy. There is a nice market 1/2 block away. The staff where most kind, and when the dryer did not work they had it fixed the very next am no trouble. Wonderful shopping in the area. "Good Location bed hotel"
This hotel is more for students like a dormitory. The room is for two adults too small, and the bed is terrible for two ,only 1,30m wide. The bath room is too old and not clean. The rooms in the front side of the hotel are very loud, and the windows don"t have isolation. The hotel staff aren't friendly. The worse side of our trip was this hotel/Genuine Expedia guest review

"very much below expectations!"
this is clearly an expensive area to stay, but you wouldn't have thought so once you see your room. We were upgraded as we were kept waiting so long to check in. I dread to think what the room would have been like if we hadn't been upgraded!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Of 200+ hotel stays this is the worst"
Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Infact lets be honest it's not a hotel. It's a small bed crampt on the ground floor with a cupboard sized kitchen and bathroom. The room absolutely stank of smoke. Revolting and as a non smoker was awful. The bathroom flooded as you touched the shower, it's pressure pushed the shower head up spraying on the roof flooding […] the room. One handed showering is not fun. Their was singled glazing windows which is not only freezing but meant people walking past sounded like they were in the room. There are only thin curtains no blinds. I have known the Chelsea Cloisters from a previous visit and chose it again because of the excellent location in Chelsea, near Kings Road and Knightsbridge. "I might not understand the Chelsea Area..."
For the price versus what you get I would stay away. The room I was all kinds of terrible. Bed barely had a frame,on wheels that did not lock in place. The mattress was old and peaked in the middle which made for an uncomfortable sleep. The bathroom had paint pealing off the ceiling. "Perfect for Three"
We stayed at Chelsea Cloister's for a quick 3 day tourist trip because it had the perfect room for three people. Biggest downside was the temperature as it was very warm in the room due to lack of any air conditioning, only a small desk fan was included. The bed and pullout sofa was harder then we would've liked and the pillows very thin but overall […] the apartment was a nice choice. We were able to enjoy breakfast in our room every morning thanks to the included kitchen. The location was also great as it was short 5-10 minute walk to South Kensington tube station. Would definitely stay again as long as the time of year was appropriate for the room temperature to be comfortable. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Nice Location - Average quality property"
The location for the price was very good, the quality of the property was dated. Rooms were smallish, OK but not great. Hard to put your bag next to your bed in the second bedroom. Washing Machine and drier were broken and needed assistance to work. Staff were OK, but nothing extra. Rooms were a bit noisy from outside traffic and people.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Nice but could be better"

"Worst place we have ever stayed"
Will never stay at this place again: poor maintenance or rather NO maintenance, stinks of smoke and stale air, room worn, beds worn and most uncomfortable, no linen or towel change EVER, poor daily cleaning, none of the heated towel rails worked so towels were damp all the time. And that is the minimum that I will write as the best solution is for other […] travellers to NOT book this place. Rather spend slightly more and get another better place close by. "Shocking state of hotel"
It was the most disappointing place to stay. The photos on the website is most misleading. This hotel spends no money on maintenance, smells of smoke all the time, dont change linen even if dirty, crockery is chipped and broken and incomplete, have a pathetic daily "cleaning or servicing" of the room and is not a clean place. The beds are so worn (as […] everything else in the place) that a good night's sleep is out of the question. The washing maschine was old and mouldy inside, and no place to dry clothes after. The toilet handle nearly fell off it was so loose. We are guests that always return to hotels we stay in, but Chelsea Cloisters is a defnite NO NO. Dont waste money, rather book into the other hotels and apartments around in Sloane st, Chelsea, as they are much better. The only positive remark would be to compliment one of their letting staff, as she was very helpful and sympathetic to our dissatisfaction. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"This was not a hotel but a service apartment."
I have no problem with it as a service apartment, but I missed the facilities normally found in a hotel, e.g. tea/coffe making in the room.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Piece of garbage."
To call this a "hotel" would be a stretch. It is billed as "luxury apartments," but there is nothing even remotely "luxury" about it. I booked a studio for 5 nights. When I arrived, I was disturbed to be given a room the size of a jail cell, with poorly-maintained furniture, chipped (and yellowed) paint, and no air conditioning. I did not allow the […] maid service into my room - something about the condition of the room did not lend itself to me trusting their staff. I gave it ratings of mostly 2, because at least it didn't have bed bugs. The hotel was in a nice location, which made the horrible condition of the hotel that much more appalling. Don't stay here - sleeping in the South Kensington Underground station would probably be cleaner. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location, terrible condition"
The low price compared to other options around the same neighbourhood does not justify the condition of the rooms/flats i.e. small and worn down and in certain cases smelly.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great location for museums, galleries & shops"
First time I have had a problem with a hotel not having my Hotels.com booking, the front office staff handled it efficiently enough. Room was fine, could make more of the period architecture but very clean and cooking facilities all fairly standard. Good value for the location.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
The hotel could do with a little refurbishing in places and in particular to renew some furniture within the room. The leather settee was in shreds and needed renewing without doubt. Very clean though and great position for Chelsea.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Don't ever go there!"
Got to the hotel and the reception area is nice but that's it! On our way to the room we realised things might be bad. The state of the hallways leading up to our room was bad. We got to our room and when we opened the door we were greeted by a room that looked nothing like the pictures on their website. It was dirty, poorly finished and very very tired […] looking. The worst part was when we saw the bedroom. Instead of a double like we had requested we had two singles of Different heights Pushed up together! So bad. There was hadn't prints on the head board and the room was just in bad condition. Let's just say it was a awful room. When we asked to be moved the hotel staff were unhelpful and said there was nothing they could do. So let down by this hotel. Nearly ruined our weekend break in London. "Good value apartment in upmarket residential area."
I was upgraded to a two bedroom apartment so very pleased with the unexpected spaciousness. The room was very clean although the facilities a bit tired. Chelsea Cloisters represents excellent value. The rooms are very much on the small side and it's a old building but the location is excellent. It's ideal for people doing business in central London who don't want the cost of eating out each night. Each of the rooms comes with a tiny kitchen and there's a decent supermarket just yards away. South Kensington […] and Sloane Square tubes are a short walk and the hotel's on a good route for taxis. Nearby shops, restaurants and secure underground parking are another plus. "Would I stay again - Probably"
From George the doorman through reception everybody is so friendly. My room was small, the bathroom even smaller but it is what it is - serviced apartments at an affordable cost in an expensive location.
