"A good stay"
After arriving to find out that our booking didn't somehow exist on the hotels system, we were booked into an identical room with no further problems. The room was very tidy but no room cleaning implements were provided so you can't do any of your own cleaning. Overall it was a tidy flat and was conveniently located close to several bus and tube st […] ops. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

There are nearby fast food Restaurants and supermarket. There is a small kitchenette in the room. Very thoughtful and the room is spacious. Recommended.
"Good stay for discovering Paris"
01/29/15 Andrew L St. Petersburg, Russia
Location is perfect, two metro lines (2 and 8) are in 2 minutes walk. 15 minutes by metro to central stations (Hotel de Ville, Chatelet, Louvre) or 40-45 minutes walk to Notre Dame (via Bastille). 1 hour from CDG airport (RER B + metro 2). Clean rooms, cooking hardware is good. Dishes, forks, knives, pots and so on - everything you need to cook simple meal. Carrefour is in 5-6 minute walk. Several restaurants and cafes nearby. No cleaning service if you stay more than 3 nights (only on request for extra charge). Staff is not so helpful as could be, but friendly enough. Reception is open only in the morning and in the evening.
"Overall good... Does have ups and downs"
01/04/15 tstew7748 New South Wales, Australia
Overall we liked our stay at this hotel. Some negatives, but they were outweighed by the positives. Positives - close to 2 underground stations, close to bakeries, supermarkets, great restaurants and not as much "tourist tax" as in other parts of Paris. The room had a great little kitchenette and was very quiet. The area was wonderful for just roaming the streets and felt very safe. The room was great value in comparison to most Paris hotels. The hotel was really new and it showed. Negatives - staff member who checked us in was pretty awful. Blunt to the point of rude, disinterested and no sense of humour. The room wasn't cleaned in the 5 nights we were there. We were told we were given complimentary kitchen cleaning twice during our stay... Once before we got there and once after we left. To us that seemed more like complying with their hygiene requirements to clean the room for their incoming guests and not so much a complimentary clean... As mentioned by some other reviewers, the bathroom could do with some work. Could not understand why the shower was pretty much a shower head directed at the floor? No screen, no curtain, not even a sloped floor to drain the water.
"Mediocre - cleaning policy is let down"
Bad things - shower, as in other reviews there is no curtain or shower tray just basically a glass screen. Water gets everywhere in bathroom and using towels to dry it up - 'apartment' the room is basically hotel room with small kitchenette, no proper dining table having to use desk as table - carpets in corridors weren't cleaned or not noticeable as fluff balls everywhere - cleaning policy we aware of the policy before coming (no cleaning if staying 7 nights) but this is impractical unless you pay 15€ per day fee Room got dirty not filthy but mainly from fluff and dust on the floor etc. also bed sheets where adequate but weren't 'freshly' clean when we arrived some hairs on sheets but we didn't care as we just wanted to get to sleep after long day of travel Towels, well aren't changed unless you pay 5€ per towel We are aware of this policy in advance But there are no cleaning equipment such as mop, bucket, broom if spare waste bags to at least clean yourself or even a self service laundry room to wash the towels Cleaning policy is real let down for this hotel Good things - nice location near two metro stations with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants close by - hotel was modern - staff are ok not overly friendly but not overly unpleasant - good price - internet speeds decent
"Excellent Choice, read all the reviews and you'll be fine!"

The hotel was very new, the room was neat and the staff was very friendly even for those that don't speak french. We didn't use the hotel breakfast, just the coffee machine, in the corner, near the Metro stations, you can find some bakeries with the good old Croissant and Pain Au Chocolat. Near the hotel you can also find some Cafès, Crepes and a McDonald`s. You can also find some supermarkets nearby where you can buy some food and use the complete equipment you find in the room. After we read the reviews in here we decided to put on the bags a set of towels, so we didn't have problems with this, also, we took the time to leave the room in a good shape as we didn't have the daily cleanning, nothing different from what we do at our home, so the room was not filthy as we read in other reviews. The heated towel hanger was a very good addition, the towels were always dry and so was all the clothes we washed. The location is very good, near the Bastille, with two Metro stations, one at each corner. WACTH OUT, if you are going to use some kind of Shuttle Service just make sure they get the address right, is a new hotel and most of them don't know it yet, the also get confused by the street name, there is a "Rue de Gare de Reuilly" nearby, our shuttle went there instead of the "Rue de Reuilly", to make sure that you're going to the right place show them the name of the Metro stations near the hotel, works like a charm.
The room is clean, but it is so much smaller than it appeared in the photos, the reception staff is NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL, they treated us with arrogance, they refused to provide us with a baby crib although i had already requested it in a mail before travelling and booking.com confirmed it, they told me that my kid is not a baby (he is 3 years old) and in every hotel i've been to he sleeps in the baby crib. Finally if you are a couple or you are one of the people who doesn't care how other prople treats you, you'll be fine here, otherwise, choose another hotel.

Great place to recommend, clean and practical, very eco consious, good Carefour shop near by with everything to buy, cafes and restaurants also, city transport very good to reach the Paris attractions and the CDG airport. we will surely come back some other time, internet booking was easy and all information needed was received on time.

+ Perfect location, 1min to the closest metro, 10 min walk from Gare de Lyon + Many cafes and restaurants as well as supermarkets in the area + Room is clean and large + Nice kitchenette - The bed was basically decent but the pillows were very chip and uncomfortable - Bathroom could be a bit better equipped - Attention! Free Wifi is slow and patchy, you will have to pay extra (quite a bit extra!) if you want to use good wifi
"An excellent apart hotel"

The description of the apart hotel is perfect, it is exactly that you will get. Everything in the apartment is new and worked perfectly. A small kitchen is perfect for small meals. There is a Carrefour and boulangeries near the hotel. It is near of metro station (line 1) (4 minutes walk), you can easelly reach the main attactions of Paris in 10 or 15 minutes.
"Excellent Location, Clean, Quiet, Helpful Staff"

Stayed for 11 days last September 2014. Hotel is about 9 months old. We got a studio with 2 comfortable twin beds, small kitchenette but OK with complete utilities and fridge. Room is clean but rather tight. After a while we got used to it. Bathroom is spacious but shower with a half covered glass is so tight and water goes almost half of the bathroom. It took a few days to get the right technique how to use the shower faucet. Adagio Saint Charles in Marseille has an excellent shower with curtain. Hotel is very quiet. Could not hear doors closing, neighbors and noise from outside(4th floor). It has a lift. Location is excellent. Buses 46, 86 and 57, Metros 8 and 1 are all steps away. Supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants are all close by. It's located in a quiet street and safe neighborhood. Very near Gare de Lyon.Hotel is safe too because only quests know the code number to the entrance door. We dealt mostly with Majid, who was very helpful. Could not comment on the other employees. Check in and check out have no problems because we arrived at 2p.m. and checked out at 9:30a.m. Free WIFI in room. I could have given the hotel 5 stars except for their weird cleaning policies and the very tight shower with a complicated shower cover . Since we stayed 11 days we only got 1 cleaning and another set of towels. Every 3 days would have been great. Hotel needs some improvements because it's fairly new. I will stay again in this Aparthotel Adagio Reuilly when I go back to Paris.

Great room: Clean, good bed, large room with desk & chair, two nightstands, flat screen tv, nice kitchenette, towel heating rack in bathroom (which we also used for a drying rack to do laundry). Rooms are quiet too. Excellent breakfast at hotel. Enjoyed being in a regular Paris neighborhood vs being in crowded touristy Paris. Location: Great location, close to major streets, 2 metro stations, and bus stop across street. 2 blocks from a grocery store. Within 1 block of several eateries & bakeries. Security: Hotel required pass code to even enter door. So no wanderers can just pass through. Felt safe in neighborhood even strolling about past 9p. Hotel staff very helpful.
