"Per chi cerca tranquillità e pace"
È un Lodge con poche stanze molto accogliente e immerso nella natura. Ci si sente quasi a casa...due ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono veramente disponibili e professionali. È un punto di partenza per visitare la zona più remota del pilanesberg npGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great stay with awesome game drives!"
12/16/14 Matt F North potomac, MD
My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at the lodge earlier this month and we had a great time. The room was comfortable, and while there may have been a bug or two, they really did not bother us in the least bit. What else would you expect being on a game preserve?? Anyway, the true highlight of the trip were the 4 game drives. Robert was our driver and he did a great job. We saw tons of animals on each drive, and each one was really different. We were afraid that each drive would end up being the same thing, but they were each unique. On our last morning drive, we saw 3 of the big 5 (lions, buffalo, and rhino) all on the same field at the same time. We we also (literally) in the middle of a pack of wild dogs giving chase to impala. I think the thing that was most exciting was not only seeing the animals up close, but also hearing them fighting, playing, and hunting. Very cool experience. If I had one complaint, it was that there was only wifi in the main buidling where we had meals. But, the staff said that they are planning on installing wifi in all of their buildings by the first quarter of 2015. We would certainly go back to Morokolo.
"Bucket List experience"

Morokolo is an incredible facility right in the Pilanesberg National Park. Riaan and Jackie are the perfect hosts. We saw the Big 5 along with numerous other species. The lodge is as new and safely located in the park. Food, lodging and safaris were as good as you could get. Highly recommended!!!

Morokolo was an amazing venue - right in the park. The facilities were as new. Riaan and Jackie were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble. Riaan offered us 2 safaris per day where we were fortunate enough to see 20 major species including the Big 5! Riaan has a terrific knowledge of the wildlife, flora and geography. Highly recommended!!!!
"Lovely lodge with a great guide"
Spent 3 nights here and enjoyed every minute. We had a great guide called Robert who made sure our stay was perfect. He was very knowledgeable on the game drives and knew his stuff about conservation. Would recommend a stay for anyone looking for a couple of days of relaxation and the chance to see some amazing wildlife and game.

Lovely location and beautiful lodge. The hosts could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Nice quiet location in the bush with meals taken at a central restaurant . Two game drives a day included with ambush walk as an extra.
"Charming, clean, private"

It was an exclusive private experience as we had the entire place to ourselves. Only issue was we had to go to another lodge for food and the dinner/breakfast wasn't particularly great. It was a shame we didn't have a braai.

Apart from exceptional birding opportunities, beautiful vegetation with lots of butterflies, we had a wonderful and most enjoyable encounter with elephants and wild dogs. Saw the pack of 13 wild dogs twice over the weekend. Can recommend this place to everybody. Truly knowledgable and professional guides add a further special dimension to this extraordinary experience.

We stayed there at the end of August for 5 days. The Lodge is located in the less touristic part (Black Rhino Game Reserve) of the Pilanesberg National Park. This is in our point of view very positive since the Game Drives take place in wilder souroundings, which makes the experience more exciting and a bit more authentic. Riaan is a very experienced and friendly ranger who is happy to answer every question and to share his endless knowledge about flora and fauna. Talking about the accomodation, we would like to point out, that the Lodges are well located (distance toeach other), nicely equipped, clean and comfortable. To put in a nutshell, we felt very comfy, which made it easy to relax. The Service is in no way inferior to the above mentioned. The atmosphere is very personal and very friendly. Jacqui never turned down our wishes and amazed us with a nice suprize.
