"Really Amazing, just three small issues ;-)"
What an amazing place to stay. As you walk in you don't really feel a 'hostel' presence. It's young, vibrant and hip and the people at the desk even spoke Portuguese ( not common in Spain!!) We booked a double room, which was very comfortable and clean. It's near all the major places and the metro stations of Sol and Sevilla are really close. I would […] suggest you take the Metro to Sol and continue straight down to the Hotel. There were only two small issues1) There isn't much signage showing the Hostel off, we walked all the way down and up again. So keep a look out for the place 2) When showering the water goes off, this is to save water (yes its green and environment, but irritating) 2) Our room was near a bar downstairs. It's not a major complaint as Madrid is the party capital, but the noise was a bit too much when we arrived at 4am. So if you want some peace and quiet, make sure you don't book this room. Other than that, James Bond has nothing on Ventura 007!! :D Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Very nice stay"
We stayed here for one night before flying out from Madrid the following morning. It is a hostel, but a comfortable and well-equipped one. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Its beds are surprisingly comfortable, and the decor hip and well-designed. Its breakfast is good and reasonably priced. It is quiet and located in a great part of […] Madrid. The one thing that was unclear from the site is that they do not have their own airport shuttle. You actually have to walk about ten minutes away to catch a shared bus in the city, which would have been nice to know with 60 kilos of baggage. However, it wasn't that big of a deal, and next time I'm in Madrid I'd love to stay here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
We stayed in a fantastic private room with ensuite bathroom at a similar cost of a shared dorm and equal to hotel standards. The hostel is in a really good location only minutes from Sol and a short walk to everywhere else with restaurants and bars also close by. The staff are also great even after rolling in roaring drunk at 6am on new years morning! […] The kitchen area is a little poor as its just two microwaves and a vending machine with loads of ashtrays but only a few plates and cups to fight over.

Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Hotel per giovani"
Hotel nuovo e molto carino. Personale molto gentile.
E' uno spazio in comune all'ultimo piano dove ci sono cucina, distributori automatici, bagno, e soprattutto.. Un terrazzo con amache e puff.. Dove puoi incontrare gente di ogni paese (anche del tuo) e fare amicizia!! Insomma... Questa vacanza a Madrid è stata fantastica anche grazie a questo Hostel!! Consigliatissimo!! "Friendly, young and perfectly located"

We stayed at the Room007 for one night on our way to France. The hotel assistant - a young French lady - made our stay easy and comfortable. She helped us with parking our car, arranged a sleeping place for our baby and gave perfect advises about the restaurants and other things around the hotel. She spoke perfect English, which was of a great help for us as well. The hotel has a very young spirit and its location is right in the center of the city.

Definitely one of the best hostels I've stayed in. It has a really cool, hipster vibe as soon as you walk in, and it goes throughout the whole hostel. Really good location and the reception staff are great and helpful. The rooms are also great with comfy beds and new furnishings, each bed also has its own light and power socket which is really convenient. I did the bike tour (which runs daily) and it was really awesome and only cost €10. The only downsides are that rooms arent cleaned that well (floors and bathroom) and the communal area isnt really much of a communal area, (i never saw more than 2 people in it, probably because its located on the top floor. But they really are minor things, overall the experience was great and I would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect , the room , the situation , the staff . Perfectly located in the center of Madrid. The reception is 24/7 and will give you a lot of good information for restaurants, parties, visits.

Good location, good dorms with all included and bathroom inside, rooftop terrace, close to bars, restaurants, right in the middle of downtown. Super good wifi. The staff amazing, they have funny activities, pub crawls everynight. I will tell to all my friends in Sweden. Madrid is amazing!

For me perfect. And also well priced!! I will go there again!!

I stayed here with two other girls in a 4-bed dorm. It's in a great location, easy distance from the Sol metro station. They organize a number of different events through the week and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Best part - blinds that completely blocked out the sun, making the room completely dark.
"Amazing Location and Beautiful, Spacious Rooms"

Arriving early in the morning after taking the cheap-o night train from Barcelona, I was relieved how easy this hostel was to find. It's just a hop and a skip from Puerta del Sol, the three metro lines that converge there and a short stroll from The Prado. I was greeted by Germán (sounds like Hair-MAHN), who gave me a warm welcome, let me store my bags until I checked in after 2pm and enthusiastically illustrated a map with sites and restaurant recommendations around the area. The dorm was the most spacious and comfortable I've ever stayed in. It had a large bay window with blackout curtains and room to move around and stash luggage too large for the lockers. Each bunk had it's own outlet and a spacious locker for storage. The six-bed dorm I was in had it's own private bathroom so no half-dressed, over-burdened runs to the communal bathroom. Despite being so close to Sol, there was very little noise. On the top floor is an attic turned lounge space. All of the seating is either hard, wooden benches or floor cushions, so most people opted to hang out in their rooms. A few couches would do a lot for the atmosphere here. In the same space as the lounge, there's a small kitchen with equipment and utensils that nobody seemed to use. Just outside was a small terrace where you could sip some sangria (discretely, as no alcohol is officially allowed, but nobody checks). No view though. The biggest downsides were the mediocre lounge area and the lack of free breakfast, although they offer a pretty decent array of things for €2 at the restaurant next door. Much better than a free toast and jam buffet. I could say I would stay here again, but I'd really like to give their sister hostel in Chueca a look if I was going back to Madrid.
"good activities and location"
07/28/14 Jackie S
Stayed in 8-bed female dorm for 3 nights. Room was good size with ensuite shower and toilet. Downside is that the sinks are in the public area of room so anyone using them late at night or early in morning could potentially wake the whole room up. Otherwise, everything is quite nice about this hostel. Excellent tapas night for 10 euros bring you to a local tapas bar for an all-you-can-eat tapas experience. I also joined their 10 euros cycling tour around Reito Park; it was alright. They also organize free daily walking tour, drinking game night(s), and 12 euros pub crawling (few free shots included). All of their activities are for four hostels altogether, making it great opportunities to meet people. The terrace was nice; kitchen was simple, though, with fridge, microwave and sink (no stove for cooking). However, they offered budget dinner at their restaurant for guests for 6-7 euros. If you looking for a quiet night sleep, the dorm may not be the best idea. Otherwise, activities organized by this hostel will keep your nights quite busy!
