      Classic "listed" property in the west end with a cozy "homely" atmosphere; well-prepared food and generous breakfast offering; staff responsive and accommodating when called upon to help with travel glitches. Great place for people watching, too, as it is a popular venue.

      I don't usually follow up with reviews, but felt as if i should with this hotel as we were so impressed with the room, staff, (mini bar). We have told lots of people about the hotel since, highly recommended! Well done guys!

      First, this hotel is ideally situated -- in walking distance to many key sites in Glasgow and great shopping, restaurants and theatres. The rooms are really comfortable -- spacious bedroom and bathroom, comfy quilt and pillows. And super CLEAN! The buffet breakfast is quite a spread -- cooked breakfast of sausages, eggs, baked beans, all sorts of breads, granola and yoghurt, and cheeses. Even a cappucino/latte machine and a variety of fresh juices. The best is that the welcome you receive from the front desk and their friendly help and support throughout your stay will make you feel very well looked after! I will definitely come back to this hotel again and I recommend it highly!

    nice clean room although a little too warm and we were unable to turn heating down bar dinner was nice service was good nice quiet grounds surround the hotel staff were helpful and polite good all rounder

    Naar dit hotel keren wij nooit meer terug. In het hotel verbleven maar enkele gasten. Het diner was slecht. Eten met z'n tweetjes incl. fles wijn voor nog geen 30 pond, kan ook weinig zijn. Bediening was ook niet vriendelijk. Ontbijt stelde ook niets voor en uit de douche kwam een heel zielig straaltje. Op de gang rook het dag en nacht naar frituurvet. […] Ramen stonden in de gang nl. open en de keuken zat daar onder. Erg jammer allemaal, omdat het hotel best wel mooi was.
