This place was close to the airport, the front desk was very helpful and friendly and gave us a Geneva transport pass so we could freely get to the airport the next morning. It's convenient and located just off the Rue de Lausanne which has a fair amount of restaurants and bars and is about 500m from the train station. Rooms were quite nice, the showers are a little weird with a half glass but overall it worked really well for us.

The room was comfortable and clean. You could not beat the location and the view from the lake view rooms!!! It was a very memorable and very enjoyable visit!!! I can not say enough about the hotel and the hotel staff. The staff spoke many different languages which made interacting with them a breeze. Great hotel! I do plan on returning to it in the future!!!!!

Wonderful staff, very helpful. My wife broke her dental retainer the day we were leaving for Zermatt, the staff found her a dentist, made the appointment, and we were on our way within a couple hours, they were so wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and the location was great. The expense of the hotel and Geneva in general is a little shocking, but rate we got through Hotels.com was amazing. Way to go hotels.com!

This hotel was more like a motel. The rooms were clean and furnished. If you are looking for a nice place to use as a "home-base" and make some excursions... to other cities, it's a fine option. There is shopping options nearby (groceries, sports store, etc.) as well as a Mac-D's. You will have to travel outside the area for restaurants. We went to the Brasserie (in Bellegarde) and would not recommend the restaurant. The two people working at the reception were very nice and helpful. by Don F. from Schweiz on 08/09/11

bonne réactivité pour le souci de literie (couvertures oreillers) vaisselle pas très nette. Pour le reste parfait pour passer une nuit vite fait dans la région en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants). Léger souci avec le distributeur de clefs mais vite régler après appel téléphonique.

Radiateur electrique bloqués par le gerant,une journée de pluie et il faisait froid,impossible de rechauffer un peu le studio.Apres contact avec le gerant celui ci refusa de rebrancher les radiateurs electriques estimant qu'il faisait suffisament chaud dans le studio,arguant que les clients utilisent les radiateurs de facon abusive!La solution etait […] trouvée: le client paye et constate ensuite qu'il est chez un avare! Oreiller archi nul.Les rideaux sont de petits stores qui laisse passer la lumiere de neons la nuit et du soleil le matin,tres mal reposés.Nous sommes arrivé un samedi donc le dimanche matin la route etait calme,si c'etait un lundi matin vous entendez toute la circulation de la route toute pres.Si vous ne voulez pas dormir et gardez les yeux ouvert toute la nuit ,dans le froid pour nous en ce debut septembre alors venez ici Read more

concernant l'adresse GPS il faut entrer la ville de bellegarde sur valser une et non Châtillon en michaille. une petite précision à part cela tout est parfait, literie, propreté , sanitaire, rien a dire si ce n'est adresse à recommander!

Un hotel très correct pour le prix, les commerces a proximité sont un plus, le seul point négatif est la localisation, près de la route ce qui ne rend pas compte du cadre de la région. Un séjour très satisfaisant tout de même
