I can only say good things about this hotel. Large rooms, very clean with a balcony and a (small) view of the boardwalk/carnevale. Outstanding breakfast buffet. Located within three minutes to the official entrance of the carnevale. The staff is very helpful and friendly. You can get reduced (in price) tickets at the reception and they will tell you how to save on parking as well. Really deserves a fourth star.

The hotel owner was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast choices which were included were great! We arrived during a cold period and it snowed and was very windy. The heat was not sufficient in the two rooms we reserved. That is my only complaint. Otherwise would be a great place to stay in good weather.

The hotel is located exactly where you want to be for Carnevale. The hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating, only problem was miscommunication about where parking was allowed with the hotel pass.

great place. only downside was the bathroom was about 18 inches wide. my knees literally touched the wall when i was sitting on toilet and i'm not a big person! but i'm sure all the bathrooms are not that small. the towels in the room were huge and fluffy. breakfast was adequate.

the hotel has a great view, but you must get the ocean view. We did for an extra $15 per night. For an additional $10 per night, they were more than... happy to get us a cot for our small child. More money = more service. The best part of this hotel is the fantastic buffet dinner with grilled vegetable and other amazing italian dishes. The beach is a walk down a hill and its a typical cramped Italian Riviera beach. Don't expect anything like a beach in Mexico. The are is not great for walking or sightseeing. The best thing about this location is the quality of the room, the buffet dinner, and the fact that you can use it as a home base to get to Cinque Terre. We stayed at Cristallo for two nights for a wedding in nearby Tellaro. The Hotel itself is very nice, but it's main selling point is it's location right on the Italian Riviera. Our room had a sea view- an incredible view, and the beautiful, blue sea was extremely handy for a swim in the morning. Hotellet har en stolt eier som er til stede 24 timer i døgnet. Flott utsikt fra stor terrasse. Restauranten/ frokostsalen har mer preg av å være en spisesal en en hyggelig restaurant, likevel var frokosten meget bra!

Dekor och inredning är väldigt 80-90-tal men allt annat är bra. Läget perfekt nära två små underbara stränder och en liten by med mysiga restauranger (osterie) med bra och billig mat. Vi är kräsna resenärer som arbetar med mat men blev inte besvikna av kvaliteten på maten hos de närliggande krogarna. Hotellets egna restaurang provade vi inte då belysningen […] var för stark så det såg inte så mysigt ut. Bussen till lerici tar 5 min o går alldeles utanför hotellet. Taxi kostar ca 8 euro.
