"What A Gem"
Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Sep 6, 2012Crinan Hotel was wonderful. We had a balcony room with a spectacular view. The room and balcony were both large. One of the most beautiful places we visited in a month of traveling in Scotland and Ireland. The hotel is a little out of the way but so worth the drive. There are not other restaurants nearby but the restaurant here is excellent. We had a car problem we had to take care of and had to leave a day earlier then planned. The management was very willing to let us cancel a night. Would love to go back.

Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Jul 20, 2012The Lochgair Hotel is a nice, comfortable place to stay. Nice people, good food, and set peacefully away from the traffic and crowds. My one worry before I got there was, "With no street name and building number, how am I going to find this place?" Not a problem! Our GPS brought us right to Lochgair and there was the hotel. Couldn't miss it if we tried. And parking -- which can sometimes be so difficult to find in Scotland -- not a problem at the Lochgair Hotel. There was plenty of parking right in front of the hotel. Internet connectivity is super-important to my son, and that was available in the room, free of charge. All in all, we would absolutely stay there again and I would recommend it to others.

"Great place"
The B&B is nicely located right opposite to lovely scottisn loch..which mirrors its surrounding so well during dawn/dusk. However, the location can be a bit of a problem for some..as it is really pitch dark during night. Not many hotels/shops near by. The room I got was big and comfy..
