    This hotel is exceptional value for the price. The rooms are on the small size and the bathroom could be a lot bigger. It is very poky but the service... and spotlessness make up for this 10 fold. The pictures on the internet represent the hotel 100%. James the manager is very good to deal with on the phone and in person & is responsible for all the deco which is very tasteful and elegant. It has a wonderful European, slightly indian feel to it which was a nice change for us as we are living in Thailand for a few months. The staff were accommodating for any requests. The pool area is very relaxing and beautiful. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay there again. I am actually going to be bringing groups of women from Australia and I will be choosing this hotel when we are in Chiang Rai. by Karyn  from Australian living in Chiang mai on 02/11/13
