It was a pleasant, clean and modern place to stay before we left Italy the next morning. The free shuttle service to the airport was a nice perk. The evening reception desk person was very friendly and also gave us great advise of a good place to eat in the area.

All in all a great little B&B. Only small annoyances location on main street a bit loud, internet when it did work: it was very slow. Housekeeping only available before 12pm. So if you are not out of your room by then you won't have toilet paper, fresh towels etc. Good perks free snacks and and drinks.

If you want the true feeling of how to live in Rome then you should go to this hotel, but keep in mind that they don't tell you about certain taxes until... you are walking out of the door to leave. If you want all of the luxuries of a HOTEL then find a real HOTEL. The staff was very nice, but it was a different type of hotel. There were only six rooms total.
