The Pan Pacific staff really took incredible care of me during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their service. The property itself is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and the location is very central for doing business in Singapore as well. Overall, one of my very best stays in Singapore. I will definitely return!

This hotel continues to be my favorite place to stay while working in Singapore. The staff continues to give above and beyond customer service, and the hotel appears to be making improvements and upgrades which it needs to do. Will head back for another trip in a few weeks to this hotel.

great location,very accesible to MRT ride,service is fantastic,let you will feel as if you are at home.Personnels are very courtious and accommodating.If ever i will be given chance to travel again in singapore,i will sure choose staying here.hotel rate is fine

I would highly reccomend this place! It's in a great location, right out of the chinatown station. Right out the front door is the market! I stayed in the four bed room and only had one other person in there. The fan and air conditioner helped cover their snoring and other noises. Staff do an excellent job keeping the place clean. 아무래도 호스텔이다보니 큰 기대를 하지는 않았는데도 불구하고 단점들이 보였음 3일 머물렀는데 침구류 정리가 된적이 단 하루도 없었고 화장실 문이 안잠기는곳이 많았음 하지만 프론트에 직원들은 친절했음 차이나타운역에서 정말 가까워 길잃은적도 없음

2日間とまりましたが、2日が限界だと思いました。料金的には魅力のあるホテルですが、もう少し高くても広い部屋のほうが良いです。 6人一つな部屋にとまりますが、寝返りすらうてないような窮屈なベットで寝かされます。なので2日が限界だと思いました。しかし、ドミトリー初体験、学生には話のネタになり面白いかもしれません。多国籍感を味わえますしね。
