Very nice staff, given coffee from personal stash as is not provided. Issue with heater resolved immediately. Do not try to have 2 adults or even an adult and child sleep on living room futon, too small. Pleased with accommodations and service.

The location was convenient to the ski area and many restaurants. The room was comfortable and clean. The thermostat held the temperature exactly to the setting. Nice view of the river into the back yard. I enjoyed my stay.

We found the room and bed comfortable, towels plush; flat-screen TV, fridge & microwave in room nice features. Breakfast was underplayed, so we were delighted with the variety of choices. Common area looked comfortable, but we didn't use it. The indoor pool was too cold to use, but the hot tub was perfect, especially after a day of skiing! Ski shuttle goes right past hotel.
