Location excellent near metro. Found out only a few days prior to visit that they don't accept credit cards, had to scramble to bring the entire amount in cash. Dishes and silverware all very very dirty - all contents of kitchen need a thorough scrub. Upon arrival had to enlist a resident for help as no one was there to meet me or let me in the building […] - in the snow - and no answer at the only phone number I was given. We tried to receive email confirmation about meeting to exchange payment and keys, but never heard back from them. That left us wondering and worrying about whether we had a place to stay. This apartment was perfect in every respect. We cannot find a single fault. The location was superb, 2 minutes walk from the metro and 5 minutes walk from Notre Dame and the Ile de la Cite. Although surrounded by the busy streets of the Latin Quarter the apartment was quiet inside. It was well appointed and very comfortable. The owner was completely flexible about checkout time which enabled us to use our departure day fully without worrying about our luggage. There are things you MUST know before reserving to make your time there convenient. 1. You MUST CALL the owner in advance to meet you upon arrival to let you in. The location is off of some streets which do not allow vehicles, so it is EASIER TO FIND ON FOOT from Blvd. Saint-Michel. 4. There is absolutely NO INTERNET. 5. This is an older Parisian apartment in the Latin Quarter. Expect that. 6. It is in a touristy local which makes it convenient to trains, sights and taxi stands. Detta är inget lägenhetshotell (ingen reception, eller liknande), vilket inte framgår av Hotels.com-hemsidan. Vi fick avtala en tid med en person (som talade extremt dålig engelska), för att få nyckeln. En av de två lägenheter vi hyrt var då upptagen, och lägenhetsinnehavaren hade hyrt ett hotellrum i två nätter åt oss i stället (kategori: sunk). Familjen […] (på fem personer) fick dela på sig. Dessutom ville mannen ha betalt kontant, gick inte att ordna med kortbetalning. För att kunna ta ut så mycket pengar var vi tvungna att ta ut pengar på fyra olika kreditkort, eftersom maxnivå begränsar hur mkt pengar man kan ta ut per dag i bankomat.
