I had a wonderful time in Paris. The rooms are efficient, modern and very clean. Very easy to get to Metro stations since its located between two stops. Highly recommend this hotel for the travelers who are looking for a decent hotel in a budget. I would definitely stay there again.

if you know the language a great place to stay...as long as you have a good sense of humour about their mini mini shower. if you do not know the language then pass. got 3 different sets of bad directions from the front desk....plus they could not open a bottle of wine as they had no opener .....are we in FRANCE? The hotel is clean and seemed well managed. The only thing I can think that it lacked was a safe and fridge. The location was very nice and the price very reasonable. Had an excellent stay there. It was really close to Montparnasse Gare, which was what I needed to get an early train in the morning. Nice staff and nice and cosy room contributed a lot for the nice stay.

this very near to the metro station... i had to stay for 1 night and i enjoyed my stay.. breakfast was 8 eur but worth.. i dont find anything to complain about this hotel except the shower size is quite small... all in all value for money.. ... Cheersssssss....

Idéal pour une nuit. Isolation phonique légère mais resté trop peu de temps pour en juger négativement. Accueil (nuit et jour) très agréable. Chambre rénovée et propre (sauf housse de couette trouée puis recousu, un peu étroit au niveau du bureau pour mettre la chaise et peu de place pour suspendre ses affaires). Vous pouvez y aller!

Nous sommes sur que l'ascenceur fonctionne, les bruit moteurs et vérouillage de porte sont là pour en être assuré 24h/24... Nous pouvons connaître également toutes les activités de la chambre voisine :-). Bonne isolation sonore par rapport à la rue.

メトロ13番線Gaite駅を出て大通りを登る形でわずか5分。外観はホテルらしくなくオフィスのようで一瞬通り過ぎそうになるがTIPIの看板で気づくことができる。夫婦経営？のようでどちらか常に受付におり英語も可。受付を抜けると中庭のようなスペースがあり両サイドに客室が並んでいる。一階の一部屋に宿泊。狭いが不潔ではなくオイルヒータがあり温かかった。シャワーのスペースが狭いので気をつけないと床に水漏れしてしまう。これがけっこう不便。アメニティは石鹸等あり、バスタオルも用意されている。3泊したが日によってバスタオル交換されてない日があった。ドライヤーは受付で借りられる。ホテル周辺はお店が少なく、スーパーもないため繁華街で買い足すのが無難。しかし小さな八百屋のような店があり助けられた。治安は良好。普通の […] 住宅街。 Read more

Our room was clean, but very small. The service was good in the morning, one of the receptionists did not know facts too well. We left early so no idea about breakfast, unfortunately. Handy when travelling from Montparnasse station.

Un hotel tout près de la gare,quartier trés calme. Acceuil très chaleureux,très propre et un petit déjeuner à volonté trés copieux. Rien à redire. A conseiller.
