I highly recommend staying at Staybridge. The hotel was newly built during our stay. The reception and lounge area has a sleek modern look. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive to our needs. I booked a double bed room via hotels.com, however the room we got was a single bed. I called the receptionist Tiffani and she immediately took care […] of changing our room to a double bed. The room was wonderful. As soon as we walked in, it had that "new" smell. The color scheme, furniture and linens all had that modern look. The rooms were very spacious. Also, there were dishes, cups and utensils for our use. On our drive down my two year old got sick in the car. Needless to say everything including the car seat was a mess. I was extremely happy to when the receptionist Tiffani informed me of free laundry services (had to buy my own detergent which was purchased at the reception area. They also offer snacks and drinks for purchase) Staybridge also offers free breakfast. The selection was great. Hot and cold options were available. There's a heated pool. Unfortunately we could not enjoy it beacause our stay was very short but I did see quite a few guests enjoying the pool. Staybridge gets 5 stars from me. It is definitely a home away from home and I would most definitely stay there again if I'm in the area. Read more

This was the best hotel that we've stayed in, and we'd never heard of it. We checked in and found out about a free dinner being served on Tuesdays thru Thursdays. Hotel gives has a nice appearance when you first walk in. When checking in at the front desk, I couldn't tell whether the person behind the front desk was a clerk or maintenance worker. We checked in with this person and were given our room key. Upon entering our room, we were surprised that it was a handicapped room. All cabinets were low and one of […] the bathrooms was equipped for a wheelchair. When I called the front desk they informed me that the room was given to us because I requested a quiet room...a bit strange in my opinion. All in all, the room was pretty confortable, and for an overnight visit was fine. The housekeeping staff as well as the workers during breakfast need lessons on how to make the guest feel welcome and comfortable. They all look miserable and couldn't take the time to smile and be pleasant. The breakfast was ok if you like processed food...it left alot to be desired. Will not be staying there again. Read more

I came in for one night on business. They hold free food/drinks events 3 nights per week and have a nice free hot breakfast in the morning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff is great. This hotel will be my first choice next time I'm in the area.

Our rooms were spotless. The suites are relatively spacious. We loved the workout room and the indoor pool. There's something wonderful about swimming while it's snowing outside. If there was any detractor to the stay, it was the "free" buffet breakfast. When we showed up, there wasn't much to eat (left over pickings) and there weren't any plates. Slowly, […] everything was restocked (we had to ask for plates) - and eventually, we had a good breakfast. But this was only enough to take away a point under service. All in all - an excellent stay. We LOVED Staybridge Suites! We were only there for one night celebrating my daughter's birthday but the experience was fantastic! The front desk was extremely sweet and helpful before and during our stay. The room was beautiful, modern and CLEAN! We stayed in a two bedroom suite - one had a king bed and the other two queens. The beds and pillows were […] really comfy, the wifi was easy to access and the towels were plush and plentiful. We also took advantage of the full kitchen which was also really nice. They had everything you would need from dishes and glasses to pots and cooking utensils. I was also excited to see salt, pepper, creamer and sugar (the things I usually forget when I pack!). The property itself was really nice. The lobby has a big warm fireplace and the breakfast area where they serve FREE breakfast daily was really cozy. They could use some more help with breakfast where the food was NOT plentiful even though they had many options. We had eggs and cheese and a bagel but the ham and sausage were empty until we were about to leave. ALL of the coffee containers were empty, too. It's obvious they have the ability to provide a superior breakfast and with an extra person or two they will be able to deliver it beautifully. OVERALL...we LOVED Staybridge. We are already thinking of another event we can celebrate there and maybe stay longer than one evening. :) Read more

The hotel was awesome! Pool was great. Breakfast did not really measure up with the rest of the hotel. Little more variety would have been nice. When things ran out they were not replenished. Overall, it was ok though especially because it was free. The little pantry near check in desk was a great idea. Will stay there again.

Lovely large rooms and comfy beds, nice kitchenette, would be great for staying several days, very near a mall. Nice indoor warm heated pool and jacuzzi very nice, pleasant lobby w a welcoming fireplace, friendly staff, free wifi in room and lobby. Included warm breakfast is a nice touch but fair quality food at best.

Perfect in every way. Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful building, spotlessly clean. Beds were very comfortable. Temperature in suite was just right. Everything worked well. A little hard to find but one phone call gave us perfect directions.
