This is a three star hotel, but for what you pay you get great location and service. Caters more to business travelers, but would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Old Town Hyderabad for the excellent service and staff responsiveness I received on this trip.

This is a beautiful property and we had a great time. Food was delicious. My only complaint was the lengthy check out (35+minutes) and I'm still not sure it's all correct. They were eager to correct bit each new print out included some additional incorrect charge. Made my lasting impression less than desirable.

The hotel is a good value and has a nice buffet style restaurant. Hotel is located in the financial district which is a good 45 minutes from the center. The hotel gouges its customers on meals ( breakfast is included in roomrate) compared to eating in other restaurants, a bottle of chilled water was 5 times the price of the same bottle bought in a regular […] restaurant, and meals itself are about 3 times more expensive. Same with airport pickup & dropoff, if you can get a regular cab to take care of you, you'll pay less than half of what the hotel will charge you. Other than this, the hotel was great. Note: power outages are a regular occurrence all over the city, it happens about 4-5 times a day. The hotel generator will kick in after about 10 seconds, not fun when you're in the shower! This is relatively a new hotel located in the heart of the financial district that is convenient if you are a business traveler visiting the local IT and multinational IT companies. The rooms are cozy with modern amenities and the bathroom has a separate shower, tub, a sink and a Toto Commode. A very good hotel for a very good room rate.
