My trouser and shirt was destroyed because they did not use dry cleaning. I claimed this when I checked out but I failed. I will claim again by E mail. Please help this.

"The Newer Reinischerhof"
05/13/15 FruhMi Prague, Czech Republic
Actually there are to hotels with one reception. Milbor hotel is a part of Reinischerhof hotel located next to the S-Bahn station (S4). Room size is sufficient and the equipment is new. When you go for breakfast you need to pass through the garage, but it is nothing bothering. Hotel staff is always helpful. There are also parking lots belonging to the hotel in case you travel by car. The downtown of Frankfurt you might reach in 35 minutes by S-Bahn and close the hotel Main-Taunus-Zentrum can be found for shopping.

"No Notice of Renovation"
07/30/14 Robert John K
Using American Airlines as the agent, we booked for the Rheinischer Hotel in Bad Soden am Taunus for our vacation. Upon arrival, we found out that the Rheinischer Hotel was under construction and we were put into the Milbor Hotel which is a terrible hotel. There was NO advance notice that the Rheinischer Hotel was under renovation and we could not stay at the Rheinischer. Also, as we pre-paid our room through American Airlines, the Hotel would not refund us so we could stay at another suitable hotel. Our Room type booked was a Triple Standard with Breakfast. Only two us stayed at the hotel and the Hotel would not refund us for the third person who was not staying. Also, as we pre-paid our room through American Airlines, the Hotel would not refund for the third party. PS American Airlines is a superior for service.

"Services through Reception not effective"
11/24/13 GIAMA69 Frankfurt, Germany
Rooms are generally well equipped, even if very small to be called an apartment. I wasn't never able to use the small kitchen, the light in the small vane was not working and they were not able to fix the issue for the whole period of the stay (around 5 days); every day a new guy at reception say he was not informed of the problem and would have done by the day after. They never managed to solve the simple issue, which only makes upset the customer, as every day they move the problem to the day after. If they changed the room since the day one, it would have been more appreciated. The furnitures in the rooms are ok , but the linen smell stinky. In general the potential for whole service of the hotel and apartment can be better than the one actually delivered. It is an example where people can make a difference, as the assets are ok. Prices can be extremely high, when there are important fairs in Frankfurt.
