"Beautiful quiet Sea view room"
We had a very lovely stay in a beautiful top floor room. The venue was quiet and clean and beautifully done. I travel a lot and was very at home in this B and B. It was a walk to town about ten minutes with lots to do. I recommend this place.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"I wish I wasn't on business."
Superb hotel. The landlady was most helpful, the room was beautiful, the en suite was huge, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Just a little way out of Cowes centre - 2 mins in the car, 20 minute walk. I hope to return with my girlfriend sometime soon.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Elegant and peaceful, perfect for a weekend away."
Elegant and very comfortable rooms. Pleasant and helpful hosts. Delicious breakfasts too with views overlooking the garden from the dining room, lovely way to start the day. Great location being walking distance (~15 mins) from the town centre and we really enjoyed the restaurants the owners recommended. We thoroughly enojoyed our stay on the island […] and were glad we'd chosen this place based on its reviews. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
A great location and excellent value for money. We stayed in the Double room with En Suite which has a balcony overlooking the garden. The owners are lovely people who make you feel very welcome and the breakfasts are superb.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Finest Quality hotel service in this B&B"
We were greeted by such a friendly couple, the room was clean and very comforatable, the Lodge beautifully renovated and decorated, and we were given the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel the next morning! I cannot recommend this lovely house too highly! Thanks you for making my husbands birthday weekend really special.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Could Not Have Been Better"
What can I say, ideally located to get out on the water only being a few minutes from central Cowes. Very helpful and friendly owners and a breakfast that more than sets you up for the day using local produce.Quality of accomodation and service significantly better than a lot of expensive hotels I stay in on a regular basis. I would not hesitate to […] stay at Mimosa Lodge again and in fact it has gone to the top of my list of places to stay on the Island. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great service, lovely walk into Cowes"
Nothing was too much trouble, lovely people, place and location. Walk into Cowes down Egypt Street and along waters edge.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Fantastic place and service. Had to postpone our visit on the day, but Sally and hotels.com made it possible without any extra charge. Great location to visit the Isle of Wight. Beautiful room and well cooked breakfast. Sally has a wealth of suggestions. Well kept garden with red squirrels darting around ! Within half a mile of the town centre. The […] esplanade is right behind ( Egyptian esplanade), which is fantastic to watch the sunset. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
Myself and my girlfriend stayed here on a combined business trip and short break so wanted somewhere nice but also accommodation that wouldn't break the bank. We went for the balcony room for the view, which didn't disappoint. It is very spacious and beautifully appointed. The sheets were lovely and crisp and very nice quality, as were the towels - […] plus the shower is AMAZING! Sally was a perfect host and very kind. We needed a lie in and she was very happy to oblige with a late breakfast. All in all we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the trip. Although we'd planned an evening out, we came back early as we couldn't get enough of the view. I've already recommended Mimosa Lodge to friends and family. We'll be back again next year. "Hotel très agréable"
Séjour en mai 2013, excellent accueil (les propriétaires sont venus nous accueillir à l'arrivée du ferry). Chambre agréable avec une très belle salle de bain. Il peut être judicieux de prévoir une location de voiture (réserver par internet à l'avance pour un prix plus intéressant chez un loueur qui ne fait pas partie du réseau).Genuine Hotels.com guest review

What a wonderful place to stay. The room with the sea view was wonderful and comfortable and the help from Sally with lifts to the town centre were amazingly helpful. Lots of parking makes this place a definite place for us to stay again. Many thanks

Mimosa Lodge is a lovely house with lots of character, large comfortable rooms, and a warm welcome from Sally, our wonderful host. Delicious fresh breakfast in the dining area with friendly chat between the guests, made this a very special place. We had an excellent meal at nearby Brawn's Restaurant, recommended by several of Sally's guests, and it lived up to expectations. Highly recommended.

Top draw. Worth every penny. Might have to consider going on a diet after indulging in two FEB's in succession. Wonderful welcome, and almost felt as though it was our own house. Only 10 minutes walk to the seafront as well.
Mimosa Lodge is a fabulous house, with a gorgeous garden, we spent 3 nights there. Facilities were great, we were greeted with fresh coffee from Sally who was a perfect host. Lovely breakfast, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, and bacon & eggs etc We would highly recommend this Bed & breakfast.

Absolutely wonderful, could not fault anything from the service to the friendliness, cleanliness, facilities. Would definitely stay here again. We had the upstairs room with the balcony and it was simply beautiful. The views were lovely especially with the sunset. Great fast wifi connection too. Made to feel welcome and exactly what a bed and breakfast should be.
"Fantastic Bank Holiday Weekend"

What a brilliant find. I was walking the 106 km Isle of Wight Coastal Path and needed somewhere in Cowes to stay as this was the beginning and end of the challenge. The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. If the morning even though I was leaving early I got breakfast and was welcomed back after a 30 hour trek! the bed was so comfortable and the room very nice. I really enjoyed my full English breakfast before leaving and Sally dropped me at the Red Jet pier. Overall it was an amazing experience. I will return and highly recommend.
"Excellent stay at Mimosa Lodge"
08/25/14 Alanbab Bolton England
Before we booked our stay at Mimosa Lodge we rang them to check on access – stairs, handrails etc. since the property is on 3 levels and my wife has slight mobility problems. I spoke to Jeremy who immediately said “would it help if I sent you a video?” WOW this is service above and beyond and within 2 hours of the call we had a video showing all the stairs and handrails from our room at the top to the dining room at the bottom. From then on it only gets better read on…………… The welcome on arrival from Sally and Jeremy was warm and friendly and we were shown to our light and airy balcony room quickly followed by a pot of tea. We sat on the balcony enjoying the glorious views of the Solent. Note that the views are far more expansive than what you see on the website! It’s great to watch the big cruise ships leaving Southampton. You probably won’t see the ships arrive as you will be fast asleep in the huge comfy bed. The ensuite bathroom is very nice with bath and a great wet area where you have choice of a rainfall shower or hand-held. Even the window in the bathroom has the lovely view. There are nice white soft towels and a great supply of toiletries. There’s fresh milk to go with your in room tea making facilities plus a cafetiere to make lovely coffee. Nearly forgot the Kit Kats that are also supplied. Breakfast is very nice with orange juice, cereal, fresh fruit salad and yoghurts followed by your choice of cooked breakfast. Sally obviously sources quality ingredients and cooks them beautifully. Coffee is lovely from a Nespresso machine and the toast is cut nice and thick! You even get your choice of morning paper. We particularly liked the parking area which nicely takes 3 cars down at the bottom of the garden. Mimosa Lodge is about 15 minutes’ walk out of Cowes where there are great restaurants which Sally will tell you all about. It’s absolutely great - give it a try – you won’t be disappointed as many people have said before me!
"Lovely room, lovely location, lovely owner."

This is simply the best place my wife and I have had the pleasure of staying at, the room and en suite were clean light and spacious, the bed was v comfy!! The breakfast was first class. To top all that the owner ( Sally) took the time to drop us in to cowes the morning we checked out.
