Fint sted at bo til prisen. Du får hvad du betaler for.

Ville dog gerne have givet lidt mere for ekstra bekvemmelighed.
"Hyggeligt sted i Bangkok"
"Great place to meet people"
Had a very enjoyable stay of 3 nights. Travelling alone this was a brilliant place to meet people. Majority of travellers were Scandanavian but all very friendly. Staff are helpful and there is on site activities booking area to help you find things. Location is a little away from centre of Bangkok but easily reached by taxi or tuk tuk. Rooftop terrace was cool place to chill out and have a drink with other travellers. Dorm room was tidy, wifi always worked. Would stay there again.

We stayed there for first two days of our SE Asia trip. We enjoyed staying there. Staff was really friendly and helpful, and breakfast is really good. You can choose excellent scrambled eggs (still curious how they make them), some fresh fruits and yoghurt. And room was really clean and spacey. If I will go to Bangkok again, I will definitely stay there again.
"Ok for emergency"

The reception area looks nice. Dorm has A/C and bathrooms are clean. They have free cooffee/tea. Location is not the best. There is the bus 35 that take you to the touristic area but it doesnt show up very often and the BTS is in a considerable far walking distance... The staff is not nice, nor helpful. At least with the budget backpackers of our dorm... The weirdest thing was when we decided to stay one night more. So, before the check out time we went to the reception desk and asked them. And they charged us the double of the price for the bed. They said prices had gone up and that was it. Later I asked to use the phone for an emergency and they charged me 1US$ per minute.
"Safe haven for backpackers"

This place is cheap, so don't expect anything extraordinary. However, you get what you pay for and even a little more. I stayed in the dormitory for 3 nights and slept like a baby. The beds are not all that great, but the dorms have AC and the bathrooms are clean. What I liked about this place though was the staff; they are very helpful and very friendly. Any questions you have, they will have the answer. On top of that, this guesthouse is a great place to meet other backpackers. So yeah, next time i happen to find myself in Bangkok, i'lll know where to stay.

We went there because we read kind of good reviews but we were a bit disappointed. Location was ok, staff did not amaze us at all, the fan room was sooooo hot that we barely got some sleep and the only problem here is that fan is fixed in the most ridiculous place. All in all, ok for a short stay but did not feel like "oh, wanna go to hotel and chill there".
"this hotel doesn't provide what they claim to provide!"

where do i start, STAFF: from the very start they were extremely rude with a really disgusting attitude demanding that we showed them our booking confirmation that we had on our email, we had no internet and they just stood there and watched us struggle trying to find a way to get it for them. they werent interested in our name the booking was under just looked at me like a moron and said 'I NEED BOOKING' this one staff member spoke perfect english might i add, just was extremely rude. ROOM: for a start the windows didnt close, there was stains on the bed sheets and im not talking about hair dye or something like that i mean food or body fluids or something, the tv didnt work at all and when i informed the staff they said i would like to see this and when they didnt have any progress they said we would have to wait until the handyman fixes it tomorrow. I asked if there was a chance to move room and they were very reluctant to move us. this staff member said well to be honest we dont even use satellite so we only receive 3 channels and they are ALL blurry, i think you are best staying here and gave us this sarcastic smile. When we slept at night there was a leak in the roof that would drip on my face and wake me at night or simply saturate my pillow, there where ants all over the fridge and inside our kettle, the air con was in need of major repair, the air con for the room above us squealed all night and day whilst it was running, there was a strange pipe sticking out of the wall next to the bed that had a bundle of toilet paper shoved into it. Oh and by the way no handy man ever came to look at the tele, i was able to get 1 channel with severe lag and poor quality picture which was smaller in size than the television. NOISE: the noise throughout our stay was unbelievable and wasn't just the noisy guests staying up all night and making a racket and drinking it was the staff shouting to each other drunk and having their friends round and it would go on until 3am then to top it off the staff in the morning would start making their noise at 6am having full blown conversations outside your door! FREE WIFI: this is a joke also, the wifi is extremely slow, took 40 mins for one page to load and it would be like this for the whole stay, there really is free wifi but dont think there is ever any chance of doing anything with it. THE BED: the bed was so hard it would have been more comfortable to sleep on the floor if and i would have avoided the leaking roof whilst i was at it. SUMMARY: to sum it all up, just dont stay here the staff member with the stinking attitude if you do decide to stay here isnt hard to miss. avoid room 101 at all costs that was our room and just dont bother wasting your money on a room that is supposed to have satellite television and a room worthy of a good nights rest. Vile horrible place.
"For what I paid, it was very good."

Stayed in the dormitories for 4 nights. The total cost came to about 500 baht which for the location in Bangkok is superb! The beds were fairly uncomfortable, the air con only comes on between 18.00 and 10.00 and is set to 24 Celsius. However despite this I would definitely visit again due to the price I paid. (I think it was a special offer at the time!) the one major downside however was the woman at the front desk who was one of the most rude, unhelpful people I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. Shame really as I would have visited again otherwise.
"good location with everage rooms"

I stay in this hotel in july. Hostel is little hidden but on road on which u can get taxi or bus for visiting temples or on other side, center of city, with its shopping centers. You can have breakfast or dinner, with decent price. Each day is meeting of travelers who exchange its experiences of travel around a Thailand and nearby countries. I must say that i didn't need it. My room was on 4th floor and I had to climb up to first floor and then to take a lift, who didn't work last two days. Room was small with refrigerator as a mini bar. So , if u like to cool something of your own , is little difficult. If you want to open a window you will hear quite big noise and smell from kitchen. Because of bad smell in the rooms you have to open it from time to time. Staff of hostel is quite useful and polite. WiFi in room was sometime bad. For budget staying in Bangkok it can be good solution but just good.
"Expensive and poor location"
08/24/14 tommytickle13 Preston, United Kingdom
We booked a basic double room on Booking.com which said it included air con (the sole reason why we booked this place), however when we arrived we were told that we booked a "backpacker room" with no air con. They had no other rooms to put us in either when we said we would pay more for air con. The backpacker room was absolutely tiny and boiling hot. The room barely fitted us both and our luggage in. The next morning we decided to pay more for an air con room. This room was much bigger but overpriced, as it was very average and we had paid much less for nicer hotels in SE Asia. The location of the guesthouse is poor, no tuk tuk or taxi drivers knew where it was (its hidden down an alley), which caused lots of heated debates with tuk tuks when they took us to wrong hotels, tried to overcharge us etc. The computers in the lobby barely work, as the internet is incredibly slow. There is no lift either, meaning we had to carry six weeks worth of luggage down four flights of stairs when we checked out. Overall, it's a very average guesthouse and there are cheaper, better hotels in Bangkok.
"Nice, restful place "
08/11/14 TheDutchAdvisor Pattaya
I felt as though this place was somewhat overrated. However, the location was great. The hotel is down an alley from the main road, where you can whistle down a taxi within minutes. The sky train is about a 15 minute walk down the road and will take you anywhere you need to go. Definitely a pro. In terms of service, the staff was great and very helpful. The maid was very motivated and cleaned my room within 5 minutes! The guesthouse is meant for backpackers who don't mind sharing a bathroom or even a room (for a great price btw) However, the standard room with bathroom was too overpriced for my liking (950 THB) The room is small, the TV had very limited channels and the items in the minibar were overpriced as well. A big con here. I've had a much bigger room for the same price here in BKK. The place does have a homely feel, and there are regularly people in the lobby/dining area who you can get to know. Definitely a pro if you're traveling solo. Overall not worth the 4 stars, but definitely suitable for the avid backpacker!
