great place. only downside was the bathroom was about 18 inches wide. my knees literally touched the wall when i was sitting on toilet and i'm not a big person! but i'm sure all the bathrooms are not that small. the towels in the room were huge and fluffy. breakfast was adequate.

We had troubles finding maps to the hotel, but based on another person's review indicating that the hotel was just a short walk through the tunnel, we were easily able to find it. The staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff in this hotel was sincerely kind and caring!!! The rooms were nicely sized with a flat screen TV and new everything. The decor was very tasteful and smart. The bed was the most comfortable bed in my two week vacation around Italy. This was also the best value of my two weeks in Italy. I highly recommend this outstanding hotel and I plan to return there one day. The breakfast was better than most of the four star hotels I stayed in and it was included in the reasonable price. This hotel is very central to visit the Cinque Terra and the Italian Rivera. This was the only hotel I stayed at that was not a four star hotel yet, it was one of my favorite hotels. This is it, do not look further. This hotel is outstanding in every way!

The hotel owner was very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast choices which were included were great! We arrived during a cold period and it snowed... and was very windy. … hvis man ønsker et tilbud utenom stillhet og utsikt er dette ikke stedet for deg. Vi savnet flere spisesteder i nærheten av hotellet da det ikke er mulighet for å kjøpe seg mat på hotellet. Det er langt og bratt til nærmeste tettsted. Område har ikke taxi og siste buss fra Manarola (jernbane, butikker og restauranter) er kl 1950. Rommene er meget […] enkle. Mangler knagger og hyller på bad, få strømuttak, kalde og sterile rom. Veldig lytt mellom rommene. Sengene er meget harde og ukomfertable. Elendig Internett på rommet. Hotellet ligger i Volastra som ligger mellan Manarola och Corneglia. Det går en buss till Manarola eller så tar man stigen ner till byn. Vi gillade placeringen på hotellet. Utsikten, rummen, ägaren av hotellet, servicen mm var utmärkt. Trattorian och restaurangen som fanns i byn, båda hade mycket trevlig personal och mat. Rekommenderas för en skön […] vistelse.
