"Served its purpose"
The location was great & the staff was friendly & knowledgeable of the area, but the WHOLE property smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, even my 2nd floor non smoking room. Additionally cleanliness, maintenance, & room to room attention to detail were greatly lacking. Bed was comfortable & shower was great.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Decent Hotel for Price"
I stayed at this hotel in April 2013. Hotels.com books this room at $32 per night if you stay atleast 3 nights. If you walk in to book a room its $40 per night or $200 per week plus taxes. This Travelodge use to be a Motel 6. You can tell when you walk in. Some of thr Motel 6 decor is still visible in the lobby and the rooms still look like Motel 6 […] rooms. They said they are slowly renovating the hotel. Its not a bad budget hotel. The hotel is clean but the carpets need to be cleaned or replaced however you get what you paid for. Very disappointed. Old hotel, worn carpet and bedspread. No iron, hairdryer, coffeepot. Difficult to locate since there was no sign. Both rooms on the second floor. Both guests are seniors and had to haul bags upstairs with no one to assist. Close to train tracks and only fast-food eateries nearby. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I thought the room was very good. I kinda got lost a little bit made the wrong turn, cause they were doing some construction on the driveway to the place and the sign didn't point me in the rt direction. I had to turn around but and go in but over all it was comfortable.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Orlando. Bound"
