Was very impressed with this hotel. I always try to stay at a Staybridge hotel whenever I travel. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are comfortable. It is the next best thing to being at home.

The rooms are nice, clean and a great value for the price. However, we were left one wash cloth for two people. The staff was horrible. We called about an hour after booking to see what time the room would be ready and the lady who answered jumped down our throats rudely saying they would call when it was ready. Two hours later (around 730 pm) we called back and a gentleman answered and said we were ready to go, when my husband told him what the previous attendant said he tells us they dont call when the room is ready. We get there and both attendants were rude. The night went well check out is at noon so around 10 we were woke up to housekeeping asking when we would leave cause she was ready to clean the room. The room was nice though.

We loved it! Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and I loved the bathroom...the tub has a little ledge so I could sit to shave my legs! (I'm also a... klutz and tend to knock bottle off of tiny tub ledges, so I loved this tub, I want my own!). Lots of towels in the bathroom, didn't need to ask for more. Easily accessible outlets throughout the room, good for charging our phones. The pool area was clean and stocked with towels, the lobby was gorgeous and the staff was friendly. The location was close enough to the highway to be super convenient, but I didn't hear traffic noise all night. Rate was very competitive! The ONLY problem I had was a squeaky housekeeping cart that went down the hall...not like a squeaky wheel that occasionally made a small noise, but a loud, continuous high-pitched squeal, and early in the morning too. The rooms were awesome, the building still smelled new, and our personal room was huge! It was near food, gas and the freeway which was awesome for us. The shower was very big (I am a big guy) and accommodating. Service was not overwhelming but got the job done. I would recommend this hotel to others!

The staff could have done a better job of assureing that things like Coffee were available after the Storms of 5/31/13 in South OKC. from Friday night 5/31/13 thru sunday 6/2/13 when we left about half of the hotel was on back up battery lighting in the hallways, the elevators didn't work, and the breakfast wasn't available. We never saw nor heard from […] a management type employee just the single desk staff was trying to handle everything with a full hotel and a portion of it without power. New hotel, very clean, bright, well-lit. Good breakfast, but suggest another helper to keep up. Food was good and fresh. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Excellent location for traveling - close to the freeway, but didn't hear any freeway noise at all. Rooms are very quiet.The only downside was the bed. It's not all that comfortable and all the pillows […] were hard. We regretfully did not sleep well and were left uncomfortable the next day. We would like to try this hotel again, but would definitely bring our own pillows, something we have never done when traveling, however we think this hotel would be worth another try. Read more
