This was our third hotel in a week and BY FAR our favorite. So beautiful. So comfortable. Our greeters were the most amazing. This experience outdid our stay at the Five-star we came from. Which was twice the price. Our only problem was not finding it sooner! Will recommend to everyone we know! Love love loved it.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Brilliant break in Madrid"
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Maria. The apartments were very spacious and comfortable. Most of the sites were within walking distance. A slight negative was the noise in the early hours of the morning but we solved that by purchasing earplugs. There is a great breakfast place just at end of road called 'pannus'. Freshly squeezed […] orange juice and bocadillos. Really good value. Also worth a visit is 'El Tigre' in Calle Infantas' - you stand but lots of lovely tapas served free with drinks. Would recommend to anyone. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good but noisy"
Nice apartment, location was ok, with lots of bars and restaurants to hand. However... I was there on business and unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the apartments above. As they are mainly 2 bedroom apartments, sleeping up to 6 people, it clearly appeals to groups. Would probably put me off returning. If you can sleep through the noise then […] it's a nice apartment Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Really good family apartment"
07/27/14 Geoff J Wolverhampton, United Kingdom
Really recommend this apartment. We are a family of 5 so hotels can be pricey. This is a much better option. The apartment is central, the company have an office in the block which is helpful. Clean, good facilities, air conditioning, well decorated etc. Chueca is a really interesting cobble neighbourhood. Very central. Lots of bars and restaurants felt like you were in the heart of Madrid.

Our first time in Madrid and we did not know which district we were staying in when we booked and did it on a whim we were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves in the Cheuca district which was a great place to stay with so much to do and see. Historical sites are a short cab ride away but bars clubs restaurants and Oscars amazing rooftop pool are all less than a minute walk. The room itself was spacious, spotless and very well designed with all the comforts you could ask for including washer/dryer. We got there at around 3am because of our flight delay and were pleasantly surprised staff member Mark was still up and waiting for us and eager to explain where to go and what to do he also gave us his phone number should we need anything any time of the day or night. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Madrid!
"Amazing apartment in great location!"

The apartment is very spacious, clean, well equipped and with modern decor. The aircon was a bonus as Madrid is very hot in July! The check in process is flawless, thanks to Maria and the office staff. I would recommend this rental to anyone!!
"A very pleasant staying experience"

We stayed for four nights July 9-12. Very conveniently located. The distance to the nearest metro station is only one and a half block. Only four stops from the train station going to the airport. Spacious and well equipped. Feels like a home. The two staff members are extremely friendly and helpful.

We stayed a weekend, 2 nights, from 11th to 13th July. Nice beds, well equipped, air con, very clean, modern decoration, friendly staff (Ana the best!) and excellent location. The apartment is located near the center, just 3 minutes walking from the Gran Via. Stores, restaurants, bakery, supermarket, all just 2 minutes or less from the apartment. WiFi worked just fine and we were 6 regular users at the same time! If we got back to Madrid we surely will be back to Madrid SmartRentals Chueca.

Excellent stay, Staff are some of the friendliest I have ever encountered, Everything was great with my stay apart from 2 Items which I was unhappy about, 1st WIFI which kept dropping out every 5 -15 minutes no matter what time of day or how busy the Apartments were, my suggestion is an upgrade to the system,. 2nd with this being an international Hotel Apartments I would have enjoyed my stay if there were at least 1 English speaking News Chanel ,I lost total Contact with the rest of the world, I Only know a few Spanish words and not enough to watch Spanish TV. 1 of the single beds requires a new mattress, my colleague tells me
"Superb apartment, great location, amazing facilities!"
07/02/14 Patrícia V Porto District, Portugal
The two bedroom apartment was excellent for our family travel to Madrid. With 4 children it is not easy to find a place and this was very good! Modern decoration, very clean besides excellent location. With so many restaurants surrounding the apartment there is no need to use the kitchenette that by the way has everything you need to prepare a mel. Would book again and strongly recommend it
"Great location, great flat, modern, clean and lots of natural light"
07/01/14 Mayra H Oxford, United Kingdom
I enjoyed staying in this flat so much, the location can't be beaten, the mercado of st. Anton is two blocks away with lots of choices for a quick beer or tapas and also do your grocery shop with a supercor in the lower floor. The metro is also just two block away and puertadel sol a 10-15 min walk. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping around. The flat I stayed was on the fourth floor, there is an elevator, the flat is quite modern and spacious, the kitchen has all you need. Shower and bathroom facilities were great (with two sinks!), and the best of the flat is the amount of natural light. Totally recommend this place!
"Great location, helpfull staff, comfortable apartment"

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment for two weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We can recommend this apartment to anybody. The area is very central. We did not use our car at all. Everything is within walking distance. The area is a bit boisterous at times. We enjoyed this, but some guests may not like this, so the apartment could do with double glazed windows. I hasten to point out that we did not find this a problem at all. Market, shops and restaurants are plentifull in the area. The staff were very helpfull at all times.
"Madrileño home from home"
06/28/14 Danny B London, England, United Kingdom
We were delighted with the spaciousness and how well-appointed the flat was. It really did feel as though we were staying in someone's house rather than in a holiday appartment. There's everything that you could wish for here: kitchen equipment, TV (albeit there aren't any British TV stations), really good wifi - I think other reviewers might have had problems with this but we didn't. And we use a lot of wifi. The location, right in the centre of Chueca, is excellent and most of the sights you might want to visit in Madrid are within walking distance. We were on the top floor - the reward for having quite a long walk up some not very even steps was that it was very quiet. The roofs are quite low in some places - take care not to bang your head. Overall - a fantastic place to stay - will definitely stay again.
