Had business in Mystic, the rate was low so I took advantage of it. Turns out this is a very big, clean Hotel with a very helpful staff. The pool was really nice and the fitness center was perfect.

Very easy access from the interstate. Friendly, efficient staff. My stay was very pleasant and I would definately stay here again. The lack of breakfast was easily off-set by Dunkin Donuts being right next door. Close access to other restaurants as well.

Just stayed one night to visit the casino, which was very close. Newer hotel, nice amenities, shuttle to casino was a plus. AC/heater unit in the room was a little loud, but otherwise it was a comfortable room with comfortable bedding.

If I were going to Foxwoods this would have been an ideal location! I went to Mohegan instead which is about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy, the hotel itself smelled new! Much better than what I'd expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Parking was a bit challenging at night only because the available spaces were in an unlit […] area on the back / side of the hotel. But there were spaces when we got back back around 2am. We were awoken by other guests running through the halls from the floor above around 4am - plus you can hear other guests conversations through the air vents in the bathroom. This hotel (and the casino for that matter) is really in the middle of nowhere - so when we were checking out we asked where we could get breakfast. The ladies behind the counter could only offer us the hotel breakfast and didn't seem to know where else we could go. So using Yelp and our trusty GPS, we found a small local place called Parkes for breakfast. Cheap and good! In all I would definitely stay here again, maybe request the top floor so not to have to deal with unruly customers on the floor above. Read more

The Hilton Garden Inn staff gave us exceptional service. We were greeted with fresh squeezed lemonade and warm chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival. They were kind, courteous, and very helpful. The shuttle from the hotel to Foxwood casino was a welcome inclusion as well. We booked this hotel after a very dissatisfying stay at Mohegan Sun where they […] were less than courteous or kind. Unfortunately, it was only a short stay but the concierge/check-in was very professional and friendly .... originally we had tried to book at Foxwoods, but the prices and availability were limited or too expensive for a quick getaway.....was very impressed and happy with our stay at the Hilton & will be back again soon!

We had a wonderful time. The staff was accomadating. They lit the patio heaters and started a small fire. It was very cozy sitting out on the patio while we were waiting for the shuttle to Foxwoods.

We totally enjoyed the stay at this Hotel - new , clean , staff friendly. Nice pool, etc. Had shuttle to casino also. A very nice stay. Wish price was a bit less however

Nice hotel, friendly people. The location of the hotel was close to a few casinos, which made exploring easy. The staff was very nice, and check in and checj out was quick and easy.

This hotel was excellent. It was very clean and very comforatable. They have a free shuttle to Foxwoods that runs every half hour between the afternoon/evening. It's a quarter of the price as the resort hotels and you don't lose any conveniences. I would definitely recommend!

Hotel nice but when I booked with hotels.com I specifically asked if there was a shuttle to mohegansun the man told me yes that is why I booked this hotel. 2 days before we found out otherwise. 25.00 each way is a lot for a taxi! (3) also a little tricky at check in I called ahead to give permission to he other two parties. 1/2 hour later I get a call […] from the hotel admin me if the other parties can check in. I told them who gets what room. When I got there it was a long check in and when I got to my room it was the wrong one!! It was fixed but just frustrating after a 3 1/2 hour drive. Read more

We had and excellent stay at the hotel. Their shuttle bus to and from Foxwoods was ideal.Friendly and courteous employees. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to all my friends!
