Very reasonably priced hotel. Clean & decently well maintained. Some parts of it were a little worn down, etc. but all-in-all a pretty good place to stay. Front desk was not super knowledgable but we survived!

Wonderful stay at a top notch hotel. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool empty, so the kids enjoyed swims while we soaked in the hot tub. Outstanding breakfast buffet. And if you have any significant down time in the hotel, the extra expense to be on the Executive level with access to the Exec Lounge is well worth it!

Yes, it is a bit of a walk from everything. Basically 20-25 minutes from the train, the bell tower/drum tower, etc but the staff is WONDERFUL! Their English is amazing, super friendly, gave great restaurant abd sightseeing recommendations. I even bought them pastry to say thank you because they were so nice (no other hotel i srayed at in the month i was in chuna was like this not even close). Basically the service is on point!

We had a fantastic stay at the Shangri La. The bed was extremely comfortable, the lounges were warm and friendly, but the highly is the gym and spa.

Clean, adequate. Nice rooftop deck. Food was a little overpriced. You can do better eating local chinese outside the hotel.

分かりにくい場所ではあった。全体的に値段相応のホステルです。悪いところは特にありません。ドミトリーで寝るだけと割りきった利用であれば充分でした。
