    The staff were very friendly, the beds were super comfy and most of all, they enjoyed having our two labs stay... without an outrageous pet fee! Can't beat that! Our two dogs are our kids! It was so nice to have them included in our trip!

    Nice, cozy hotel -great value. Though our 2 queen bed room was not large, the high ceilings and tasteful decor added an upscale feel. The bathroom had a large tub with a tiled wall surround and was very spacious. The staff at the front desk was friendly and the breakfast room was well stocked.

    The heaters in the room I stayed in made a loud train horn sound all day and all night didn't get to sleep in the hole time I was there told them about it and they said it was from the wind and there is nothing they could do about it And the garbage cans were to small

    When booking I was on the phone for an extremely long time with a booking agent who hardly spoke English- frustrating! But we got it booked. Then when checking in we noticed that pretty much all the staff were in their late teens/early twenties and gave off a general "I don't really care" attitude. But we got checked in fine.     We spent two nights at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the huge, soaker tub was a treat after a long day of shopping.     We only stayed one night, but I would highly recommend this hotel. For the great price we got, the hotel was newer, very clean, comfy bed and handy location for both the mall and Walmart. Only minor fault I could point out is we found the carpet in our room a bit too scented (hubby has allergies to many scented products), but if that is not a problem […] for you, then this is not a big deal. Also, the housekeeper was vacuuming the hallway outside our room at 8:40 am. We had to be up earlier so this wasn't a hardship for us, but if a person was trying to sleep in, this would be annoying. Free breakfast was fine - could make your own waffles, and fresh blueberries were on hand, as was yogurt, cereal, bread, bagels, etc. Coffee could have been better, but I like better quality dark roast coffee. Hubby did not care for the waffle syrup, so I used honey which was tasty. We would definitely stay here again. Read more

    Hotel was brand new. Rooms were smaller than the neighboring La Quinta but still nice. Service was okay. The neighboring room was pretty loud but I was too tired to care. For the price paid it is an excellent hotel!
