The hotel is in a great location for shopping, we didn't venture any further than the surrounding area as we were only there for the day. The staff are also extremely helpful. The airline has lost my baggage and were going to deliver the next evening. The concierge staff called up the airline to ensure that it was going to be delivered. When it had not turned up, the staff and called around and accepted delivery of my luggage at 1am! A big thank you to the concierge staff for taking car of this for me!

Good location. Offered a free shuttle to Chinatown, Bikut Bintang and Suri KLCC. The breakfast was okay but nothing spectacular.

Had a problem with the airconditioning. Had to try about 3 different rooms before we found one that the air conditioning worked or the toilet was not constantly running. The hotel is convenient for monorail and shopping. Pretty good breakfast.

We got the 2 bedroom unit so it came w the dining area, small kitchen and living room, conducive for family chat, card games at night. can do light cooking as well. overall it was very comfortable and on the last day we were even treated to a lion dance..

True, the hotel had unique and modern decorations. However, there was nothing exciting about this hotel other than that it was close to the Airport. There was no refrigerator in the room & no bottle of water in the room ( Most hotels provided 1 or 2 bottles /day) . My room was on the 1st floor facing the street and it was very noisy as I could hear […] the traffic the whole night. . The hotel was located in a Business Park and therefore there was nothing interesting around the hotel; just a very small convenient store with overpriced goods and an average restaurant behind the hotel. For Breakfast, the hotel provided white bread and jams, tea & coffee. No other choices. The good thing was that the hotel offered a low cost shuttle service to the Airport which was wonderful. I made the reservation for a convenient one night stay prior to my flight to a different country the next morning. I booked this hotel based on it's close approximate to the KUL airport. Hotel provides transportation to and from KUL airport for RM5/person, which was very reasonable and convenient. Hotel it self was clean and new. My room was kind of […] small, but enough for a one night stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel offers free wifi, which was nice. The only inconvenience is its location, there's no place to go and nothing around the hotel except for one mama/papa restaurant. The waiter didn't spoke much english and the dinner menu didn't have english either. Given there were no other optons for dinner, I picked my order by randomly pointing at an item on the menu with my finger. Overall, for a one night stay the hotel is decent, clean and convenient. "Very convenient but noisy"
Great hotel as far as location and porximity to the airport. The decor is very modern and service is great. The main downside is that the walls are paper-thin and the noise form the highway right outsside makes it hard to rest. The youniQ is perfect for a stopover in KL. While it is about 10-15 minutes away from the airport, the cheap shuttle service runs so smoothly and there was no problems at all. The room as very small, but you don't need space at all for an overnight stay. They are modern and clean, and I found the beds to be comfortable. J'ai choisi l'hôtel youniQ tout simplement pour sa proximité de l'aéroport ( 15 min environ). Cet hôtel est très bien pour une escale d'une nuit, le centre ville se trouve à 45 min voir 1 heure en taxi pour à peu près 70 myr.
