      PERFECT LOCATION! Nice quiet area on the edge of Gamla Stan. AMAZING BREAKFAST EACH MORNING!!!! Sausage, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, Crepes, juices, coffee, and also traditional European Breakfast (meat slices, breads, cheese, etc...) I loved eating breakfast by the windows looking out at the frozen bay and all the cool ships and buildings. I was however a tad disappointed I had a room facing a gangway... but, next time I'll be sure to ask for a better view room. I definitely felt I had a more unique stay in Stockholm here than in a traditional Sheraton or something, and really enjoyed the area it was in. I would definitely stay here again next time!!!! Yes, the rooms are small... but, you're staying in a piece of history, and you're really there to see Stockholm!!!

    The staff was helpful, polite and even told great jokes. Coffee was free and environment is relaxing and pleasant. There was a lot of snow, so the hotel... staff would shovel snow many times a day to keep areas clear for guests. Pretty close to trains, taxis, and buses - although I had friends that drove me most places. Some great restaurants in the immediate vicinity. I will stay here next time I am in Sweden.     The hotel is OK, it's a Best Western. There's no elevator which will kill the legs since you're ascending to the top floor (aka. the loft). Curtains aren't blocking out sunlight completely since they're kinda small. Breakfast is good and service also quite good or at least, appropriate for a 3 star hotel.

    Bra hotell i centrala Stockholm, lätt att ta sig runt i stan på grund av det centrala läget, på den absoluta minussidan var att man debiterade mina båda rum till sista kronan trots att jag bokade rummen 4.5 månader innan ankomstdagen, varför ska hotellgästerna behöva agera bank till Columbus Loft? skamligt!

    Perfekt läge i en lugnare del av Stockholm city, promenadavstånd till allt och mycket prisvärt. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och tillmötesgående. Nästa gång jag stannar över natt i Stockholm hoppas jag kunna komma tillbaka. Synd att ett dubbelrum består av två enkelsängar annars var hotellet i sig mysigt.

    Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ruhige Lage, leicht abseits von Bahnhof und Zentrum aber in sympatischem Quartier. Zimmer sehr klein, aber sauber. Grösster Nachteil: kein Badezimmer und auch keine Waschgelegenheit. WCs und Duschen für viele Personen und entsprechend "gebraucht". Gutes Frühstück.

    Jag bokade ganska sent och hade inte så mycket val på rum och verkade Columbus Loft väl ok för 800 kr. När det stod delat badrum antog jag att det kanske var ett badrum på ett-två rum. Det var dock hela våningen som delade på samma grupp toaletter och duschar. För 800 kr förväntade jag mig åtminstone någon sorts hotellstandard, men toaletterna som var […] små och dåligt städade utan ens någon plats att placera necesär förutom på dasslocket var under all kritik. Jag har bott på fräschare och bättre utrustade vandrarhem för 300 kr natten. Rummet hade en gammal sliten ikea-soffa, en 20" tjock-teve med dålig mottagning, det gick inte att titta ut genom fönstret och jag vaknade halv sex pga väldigt dåliga gardiner och slammer från grannar som skulle på den "offentliga toaletten". Personalen bemötte de holländska gästerna före mig i kön med direkt försvarsinställning att här har ni gjort fel "vi är inte ansvariga attityden" trots att allt var i ordning som det tillslut visade sig. Så ingen välkommen vad trevligt-känsla... Ok, läget på "hotellet" är bra men då får beskrivningen av boendet motsvara verkligheten så man vet vad man betalar för. Tre stjärnor kan de titta i himlen efter, jag ger en stjärna, en svag. Read more

    Das Hotel liegt in der Näher von einige Bars und Restaurants. Diese sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Es liegt an einer ruhigen wenig befahrenen Strasse. Leider hat das Hotel keinen Aufzug und die Treppen sind sehr ausgetreten. Dies hat zwar Charme. Doch sehr anstrengend mit schwerem Gepäck.

    1) Hiss saknades, 2) ett stort fel är att det inte framgick i förväg att "Loft" verkligen var "lofty", det vill säga innebar en riktig bergsbestigning, 3) servicen var utmärkt, personlig och professionell.

    Hotellet var charmigt, med god service och trevlig personal. Rent och fräscht och trevligt område dagtid. Billigt alternativ centralt om man kan leva med att ha toa och dusch ute i korridoren. Samtidigt ska man vara medveten om att Medborgarplatsen kvällstid är ett kriminellt hårt belastat område. Jag och min 12-åriga dotter råkade ut för ett mord/kidnappningsförsök […] på gatan utanför hotellet på promenad från en biograf 300 m från hotellet, där planen var att ramma mig med bilen och rycka in min flicka i den.     This was a last minute booking but worked out well. It's 3 subway stops from cityterminalen but if you don't have luggage it's nice to make the walk from the center. The area is pretty hipster and not dangerous at night. The hotel night mgr was super helpful and hospitable! And the day manager offered everyone champagne since it was New Year's Eve! […] The food is good. The rooms comfy, the showers and toilets are clean (If u don't have one in you room) and the water is warm :). We enjoyed our stay! Read more
