      I was disappointed that this hotel did not offer a shuttle service to the casino which is about 1.5 miles from the hotel. We were staying at the hotel because we were attending a concert at the casino, so in return had to get a cab to drive all of us to the casino. All of the other surrounding hotels offer shuttle service. That is my only complaint for this hotel.

    I absolutely loved staying in this hotel! It's a new hotel but the staff is friendly and I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!     New hotel, address is not found on GPS but use Gantzer ridge rd. Dave at front desk couldn't check us in at11:30 due to rooms being cleaned. We returned at 1:45, he checked in the people in front of us and told us sorry rooms were being cleaned the people before you called ahead (remember we arrived in person at 11:30) The head of housekeeping asked […] what room we were in and she said it was available at that time dave checked us in. This hotel had 5-10 cars in the lot. We will stay somewhere else next visit to avoid hassle. Read more

    Although this hotel was not on my GPS, while I was passing through Wheeling to Pittsburgh, I managed to stop-by. To begin with this is a less than year old hotel and changed my perspective towards HolidayInn's. Subsequent to this, the rest of my journey (2 nights) I stayed at various HolidayInns. Its very close to highway and about 1hr 15 minute drive […] to Pittsburgh. Wheeling and its attractions are within 10 mile radius.
