      The rooms which overlook the pool have a nice aspect, so long as there are not screaming kids. Internet is charged through a provider.

      Quite good except for: (1) Initially allocated & given the key to a room that was already occupied - quite an embarrassing experience (2) Basement carpark was like a labyrinth with no exit signage

      Hubby and I were on the Gold Coast for 5 days, we stayed at Vibe, Raddison and the Crowne Plaza. We moved around due to rates and some trips so kept ending up back on the coast. Our last night was at the Crowne Plaza and we wished all of our nights were there. The hotel has been remodelled and has fantastic clean, spacious and modern rooms which is always principle concern for me. The location is a bit out of the heart of Surfers which is a good thing and the staff were very very helpful. Our room even had a view of the ocean from the bed and we didn't pay for an upgrade or anything. After being at 3 other hotels plus seeing inside a few others I can honestly say book here you won't be disappointed!

      Thank God this was my 1st place I stayed in Surfers. No hassle, everything was wonderful and the parking was even lovier. My only gripe was the bed was a tad short for a 5'10 person and so-so comfry. My key was waiting for me upon check-in and the receptionist was really understanding. Things went really smooth! The other arrangements I've encountered In Surfers has been a serious bait and switch ordeal to the 11th hour.

      Those wonderful ladies and gents who work there really are the friendliest and the hotel is amazing in everyway. I will be back there next year without fail. Would highly recommend this hotel to every and anyone. Perfect perfect perfect!!!!! Call Leonie, she is a lovely lady !!!!!!!

    Unfortunately we would not consider re-booking this apartment as the lack of air-conditioning made our stay very uncomfortable. The unit was very hot and the two fans provided did not offer any relief to the heat inside. We did not sleep comfortably and had to get up regularly to offer wet towels to the children. Consequently our holiday was affected […] due to the lack of sleep. In addition to the lack of air-conditioning in this unit, I would suggest the following made available for guests; • dishwashing liquid • laundry powder • one extra toilet roll • clothes rack • bin liners/ bags • extra kitchen towels • glad wrap/foil wrap for oven/grill use • ice-cube trays • freezer blocks • balcony slide door needs fixing as it does not slide • light not working - main bedroom We travel often and stay at self contained apartments and they all offer the above.     The rooms were spacious and the view superb. Just a walk away from Cavill Ave. Staff were pleasant. Pool was relaxing. A great place to stay.
