We were very satisfied with the services the hotel has to offer: the continental breakfast with fresh fruit , multigrain bread, cereal and good coffee; full service room very confortable and very efficient personell at the front desk.

Our stay was great. The hotel was perfectly situated, was clean, and the rooms were very adequate. The breakfast was ok. The rooms were clean and well looked after. I would not hesitate in staying here a second time and would recommend this hotel to any of my friends. The restaurant was air conditioned and was fine, although a bit slow, but we were on holidays so that was fine. The staff were very friendly and good to us.

I just spent a few nights at this hotel and above everything else, the service is amazing. It was literally the best service I've ever had a hotel. The mostly women staff are super helpful, happy and nice to talk to. They will help you plan trips, check your flights...they even brought a guest a piece of cake on her birthday. They are awesome. Regarding the rest of the hotel, it is a good hotel. The rooms are big. The whole thing is clean and it is located in a great part of town for the tourist. Palermo Soho is probably the best part of town for going out, walking around, etc. The rooms themselves are pretty sparse, some rooms "kings" are actually two twins put together and they don't have a gym. I don't think they have a pool either but I'm not sure. The wifi was also good too. Breakfast is not very big but it is free and their medialunas are great so some might want more, i found breakfast perfect for myself. Still, this isn't as amazing a hotel as the ratings might make it out to be. It's a solid hotel but for a business traveler, it might make more sense to stay in the culturally dead Puerto Madeira.

I found the hotel to be clean, and the staff at the front desk were very helpful and spoke good english. I was disappointed that WiFi in the room was not free but you could go to the lobby and use it for free. Since phone service is very expensive in Argentina, I use Skype or FaceTime. I did not wish to have a conversation with family members in the lobby!

The room we got had no window to the outside, but only a window to some machine room, which made the room a bit noisy. The room also had smells from the restaurant downstairs. O meu quarto que fui com meus filhos (3 pessoas) não tinha frigobar. O Hotel fica em uma rua de pedestre, ou seja pra vc pegar uma condução ou uma agência de viagens, eles não vão até o Hotel. O café da manhã é o pior que já tive, é feito em um restaurando ao lado do hotel, que serve um suco em copo pequeno, pão e café, e é servido uma vez, ou seja […] vc não pode repetir, e não vem frutas, frios, etc. O lugar fica perto do centro, mas tb perto de várias casas da luz vermelha !!!! Hotel muito bom para o que se propõe. Localização muito boa. Limpo e organizado. Funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Minha única ressalva é quanto ao barulho externo, que é facilmente escutado dentro do quarto e pode atrapalhar quem tem o sono mais leve.
