The staff was great, the location is great for a business person coming from the airport. The train is right across the street, and the main train station and buses and metro are right nextdoor too. BUT it is a cab (or metro or bus) ride from the historic area so be advised. Also, there is no gym/exercise room. And when it's cold in Lyon or snowing, your only choice is to eat :). It's in a very commercial area so there don't seem to be fine real French restaurants around. So the bottom line is, good for a business person with appointments close by. Not quite so good for tourists.

Nice hotel, centrally located, close to Metro stop. Booked a superior room and as is typical throughout many hotels in the EU, it was tiny. Had to go outside to change our minds. Barely enough room to walk around the double bed. Std. room' must be a sardine can. No soundproofing issues, fairly quiet. Front desk staff was exceptional and friendly. Plenty of pizza joints within a block or 2, which came in handy when we arrived late. Would stay here again.

Dans l'ensemble agréable sejour, sauf que dans la chambre 208 a 3 couchages, le lit de 1 personne en haut n'etait pas fait?, dans la chambre a 2 couchages la 204, le mirroir était cassé et c"est pour cela que dans qualité du service j'ai mie la note de 2.Salutations.

Très bonne impression pour un hotel de cette gamme. Accessible facilement de l'autoroute (le parking est le même que l'Ibis classique. Chambre simple mais très propre et avec WC séparé. Pas de bruit et petit déjeuner avec des produits de qualité. Accueil sympathique. A recommander.
