It is unfortunate that after a day of sightseeing we returned to a room that had had no housekeeping service. Otherwise the restaurant was quite good, room clean and comfortable, location great. I am sure we just were victims of an oversight and we were offered a bottle of wine for the inconvenience.

The Hendrewen is located in a small town in Wales. It is within walking distance of plenty of hiking opportunities. The hotel itself is owned and run by a friendly couple. The room we stayed in was small with two twin beds, but it was clean, comfortable, and more than adequate. She made breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. I have no regrets about this hotel.

Nice hotel. Very quiet with lovely gardens. Would have liked an elevator but it wasn't that kind of hotel. Had dessert in the dining room - wonderful! Comfortable enough that I'd stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. The room was reasonably spacious and well set up for 2 adults and a child to stay in. Excellent selection of teas and coffees in the room. The breakfast was excellent!!! I like the fact that all ingredients are locally sourced as much as possible. No, it clearly wasn't a 5-star resort, but it isn't advertised […] as that, nor is it priced as that. Overall, it is an excellent location to visit the beautiful Brecon Beacons National Park from. Really enjoyed it, great guest house, friendly, clean, warm, and a really comfortable bed. Wi-fi. 2 pubs within 5 minutes walking distance, both with good food. Lots to do in the area (if you like the outdoors) and driving to Cardiff was only about an hour. Would go back anytime.

Really friendly, very nice b&b just a little off the beaten path, well placed for Hay and Black Mountains. Fantastic breakfast with their own eggs and thick cut bacon. Can't recommend highly enough.

Väldigt charmigt och mysigt hotell i en liten by. Frukosten var utmärkt, det var väldigt lugnt och fanns en fin trädgård. Nära hotellet fanns det en liten krog dit man kunde promerera på kvällen för att ta ett glas och något att äta.
