Excellent hotel staff. Very helpful to point out on map nice restaurants and sites close to the hotel. Breakfast was good each morning and restaurant was very good...opens at 8:00 PM at night.

Very good hotel. Good location, clean room. Some fittings slightly dated. Staff were friend and helpful. My fiance and I stayed here in late-November, 2012. Since it was quiet, we were upgraded to a larger room for free.

Location.
Panoramic Suite is close to Teatro Arena del Sole, Fountain of Neptune, and Museum of Giorgio Morandi. Also nearby are Palazzo Comunale and Piazza Maggiore.

Property Features.
Wireless Internet access is complimentary in public areas. Additional amenities include a rooftop terrace, tour/ticket assistance, and an elevator (lift). A total renovation of this property was completed in April 2012.

Guestrooms.
Rooms have city views. The 4 air-conditioned guestrooms at Panoramic Suite include windows that open and remote lighting/drapery/curtain control. Complimentary wireless high-speed Internet access is provided. Rooms are equipped with LCD televisions. Housekeeping is offered daily.

It is a Bed&Breakfast, not a hotel. Good marks for: brand new and very clean, very easy walking distance from everything, including the Main Rail Station... (Stazione Centrale), in the very middle of the main shopping district. Very good WiFi connection. The owners are very friendly people, but I didn't need any help, so I can't really say if they can be be useful. Not so good marks for: Breakfast is italian (coffee or cappuccino and one piece of pastry), not even continental, at the nearby coffee shop; not suitable to business people, there is no desk at all in the room, which is really tiny and you can work from your bed only. I got the impression they speak only Italian, but perhaps I am wrong. Bologna is a very expensive city, I didn't expect nothing more I got, so I had a good value for my money. Appartement separé en plusieurs chambres avec salle de bain individuelle. Établissement refait à neuf, bon choix de décoration. Ce qui est étonnant à l arrivée, pas de réception (puisque c'est un appart) il nous faut appeler un numéro de téléphone puis attendre 10min avant que qqu'un arrive avec les clefs ! Petit déjeuner compris dans un bar/café local […] : à deux pas de l appartement et en plein sur la rue principale ! Rue animée mais pas tellement bruyante, nous avons eu la chance d avoir un balcon. À proximité de tout, la station de taxi à 1 min vous emmène à l aeroport pour 15 € en même pas 30 min ! Très pratique donc surtout que lors du séjour.. A parte il maltempo il soggiorno era splendido! A partire dalla colazione alla pasticceria "Impero" alla visita dei musei fino alla passeggiata al centro storico. Gentilissimi i bolognesi che ci hanno sorpreso con delle visite in città speciali come la sala Stabat Mater nel teatro anatomico. Ottimo e a prezzo conveniente anche il pranzo e la cena.
