      It's a bit difficult to say whether this new hotel is worthwhile. Certainly the room itself is huge and super comfortable, and the in-room hot tub is spectacular and unique, definitely making this room one of the best rooms we've ever stayed in. But otherwise, it's stuck on a hillside far from anything, including transportation, up a big hill. So you clearly need to go somewhere else to have fun. Fortunately a lot of Seoul's most famous areas are close by, and then you can taxi back to your extremely quiet room.

      Staff could not be more accommodating. Due to a mix up on my end with reservation, staff was very accommodating and helped immensely. They were extremely helpful. Room was nice, nothing special but clean with nice amenities. Could use free toothbrush/comb as part of bath supplies. Restaurant was very nice. Business center, extremely helpful. Staff were fluent in English and very knowledgeable about things to do in Seoul.

      Very nice, comfortable room, and an incredible price for the location. The rooms have hardwood floors which I do not like because they feel dirty, the bathroom has a strange shower set up, and the bed sheet had a small blood stain on it by the pillow. However, overall it was well work the sub $60 price I paid. Located close to Seoul Station and there's a Kraze Burger downstairs!

    住兩晚但沒替我補洗髮水毛巾 房間沒電話晚上出大堂完全沒職員能幫忙 櫃枱人員能用普通話溝通但英文糟糕 附近很靜 離鉄路站不算遠 房間整體清潔但在牀邊發現用過的棉棒 有爐但沒廚具所以也是不能做飯 不過性價比的確高 就是不要期望是酒店水平 頂多是賓館或青年旅舍級

    飯店乾淨舒適，服務人員態度良好親切。離地鐵站不遠不近，要行十分鐘左右，絕對可以接受。行李可以寄存，不收費十分方便！唯一要投訴的是當開熱水的時候，流量會變得得少，不太習慣~ 以價論貨，十分超值！

    部屋の広さは日本のビジネスホテルとさほどかわりありませんが、風呂場にトイレもある為、立つスペースがやっとの上に物を置くスペースがなくて不便でした。

    지하철에서는 걸어서 가는데 시간이 좀 걸렸지만 방은 깨끗하고 마음에 들었습니다. 호텔을 기대하신거라면 실망하시는분들도 있을거 같은데 깔끔한 원룸이었습니다. 세탁기와 다리미, 싱크대와 조리도구들이 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 세면도구는 유료로 구입해야 해서 불편한 점도 있었습니다. 전반적으로 호텔스 닷컴에서 이용한 호텔들에 비하면 시설이 좋진않지만 가격이 저렴하고 깔끔해서 마음에 들었습니다.

    저렴한 가격에 깔끔한 객실! 하지만 서비스가 조금은 부족했습니다. 3일 숙박을 하였는데 청소는 중간중간 따로 해주는게 없더라구요, 수건도 직접 1층 내려가서 바꿔와야하구요.. 호텔이라기에 당연히 청소를 해주는줄 알았는데 외출하고 돌아오니 그대로고 직원근무시간이 오후 11시까지라서 수건조차 교환하지 못했습니다.. 분명 서비스비용이 3만원정도 포함되어있었는데 3만원의 가치를 하지는 않네요^^; 그래도 싼가격에 (하루 7만원) 원룸형태의 방! 잘 이용했습니다 전반적으로는 만족합니다!
