"A wonderful place to stay."
Everything was great but balcony noise above us was a little noisy while we were there. But only noticed because we were trying to get children to sleep. Over all our stay was great and the room was very clean and more than we expected. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved the pool and playground. We will be back.

"Okay but issues"
I was here with my two young kids while my husband was in a conference at Big Cedar. Location is a few minutes to Big Cedar and 20 minutes from the activities in Branson. Staff was friendly. BUT, I was completely shocked to be told on the 2nd day after finding out why my key wasn't working that we had to move to a new room every day. I had booked a 3 night stay through hotels.com however, the staff told us because it was booked through hotels.com/choice that they booked 3 separate reservations instead of one. What an inconvenience having to move to a different room every day whenever the new room was ready. It's not like our plans consisted of hanging out there all day packing/moving/unpacking/making the fold out couch bed every day. My kids missed nap time due to having to move rooms & that resulted in cranky evenings at activities we had spent a lot of money on tickets for. The staff said there was nothing they could do as this was an issue with hotels.com booked it. I wish hotels.com would have let me know I was going to be in three different rooms before confirming my reservation. I have booked so many reservations through hotels.com and never had this happen before. This definitely dampened our vacation and has caused me to not trust future reservations through hotels.com.

We rented the 8 person condo for a girl weekend. It was perfect. We were all blown away by how nice our condo was.

"Good place to stay -- new, clean, convenient"
It was a great place to stay. These appear to be owner-rented condos, but it was very nice. Ten minute drive into Branson, less than that to Big Cedar Lodge. Rates were very good, especially for the newness of the room.

"Overall Excellent"
The room was great! Very clean! Beautiful View! We over looked the pool and the lake. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us so we didn't get to use the pool. The only downfall was that there was only one pack off coffee left for us and we were there 2 mornings. Next time I will bring some coffee with us.

"Rooms smaller than a hotel room but called Studios"
I thought the property was very nice, although it was being worked on everywhere, it was almost too new to start having people stay. lots of maintenance everywhere, yellow tape, signs stating not working, etc. But I was MOST unhappy about the size of the room we received, it was smaller than a hotel room and had a couch crammed into the tiny room, no closet to hang clothes, it said it had a kitchen, but it was really a wet bar with a mini fridge, it was not a suite.

"Lake Living for awhile!"
08/24/15 cindy c Kirbyville, Missouri
My family and I were very impressed with this property! It has a great miniature golf course, an indoor tennis court, basketball, and game room. The suite we were in had a beautiful view of the lake with a walk out deck from our bedroom and our livingroom. It had three bedrooms with all of the amenities including a washer and dryer in our room! We stayed a week and found the staff very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this place for a nice get-away vacation!

"Branson Resort"

If you can get a room, take it!!! We stayed here and absolutely loved it. They have a nice clean pool with a slide (5' deepest end), hot tub, sandy beach as they are right on Table Rock Lake, huge new playground, putt putt golf course, pool table, fitness center, computer room, and an indoor tennis court/basketball court/volleyball court. Our room had a washer, dryer, full kitchen, and everything you would have in your own home. Plus, they have a joint venture with Big Cedar so you can use the Wilderness Club's pool and lazy river amenities if you wish. Don't let the price fool you or discourage you. We stayed here and saved money because we didn't need to go anywhere because our resort had everything and it was all included. No need to leave the resort so we saved money overall by staying here.

"Disappointed"

The room had a nice view of the lake and was right above the pool. That made for a loud visit. The rooms appeared clean, but our white socks were black within 30 minutes of arriving. Not much to do there and you are 20 minutes from anything in Branson. When we used the pool for the first time it was full of bugs and grasshoppers. I'm not sure why that wasn't cleaned before the pool opened at 10. It seemed really loud at night with doors slamming and people talking on their patios. They do have a nice play area and mini golf course, but there is very little shade! Guess it wouldn't be bad if it wasn't 95+ degrees outside during our stay. Not planning to return.

"Very Nice Resort"

We stayed at Paradise Point over Father's Day weekend with some friends. Our unit was located on the second floor and had a very nice balcony. The unit itself was very roomy and nicely appointed, and the bedding was very comfortable. It had a full kitchen, which was very nice and allowed us to make breakfast for the kids each morning. There is a Country Mart grocery store just a few miles away if a person wanted to stock up and eat all of their meals in. The grounds have a miniature golf course and a huge playground area for the kids to enjoy. We also took advantage of the other amenities offered through their other resort such as the lazy river and indoor pool area located just up the road at the Big Cedar property. Would definitely recommend!

"First Experience Time Share Presentation"
07/07/15 Ryan R Crosby, Texas
We stayed in a three bedroom condo here. If you can, request to be by the pool or lake view. The property and our room were beautiful. However, our back patio view faced construction of new condos but we were right across form the putt putt golf (great FREE family activity) so that was nice. We were a group of 7 and the three bedroom was a good size. The kitchen is pretty fully equipped, they even had two packages of dish washer and laundry detergent. I would love to stay here again. We got a great rate because we booked at our local Bass Pro Shop and agreed to attend a sales presentation for Bluegreen Vacations. The presentation was the second day we were there. We arrived and were greeted by our tour guide. She introduced herself and then told us we would attend a group presentation. We went to a room with about 10 other couples. This portion lasted about an hour. They had us say our name, where we are from, whats most important to us and our dream vacation. we filled out a very short survey. Our presenter told some personal stories and talked about the importance of making memories with your family through vacations. One of their selling points is that they use a point system that will never change so you will beat inflation when you are vacationing 20+ years from now. After the presentation we met back up with our tour guide. We walked the property and toured he lazy river, a lodge, and a cabin. They were all beautiful. After that we went back to cubicle and sat down with our tour guide. She was not overly pushy. We told her we were not interested in buying in and she asked how she could make it affordable for us. We told her we just were not interested. She then said she would get someone else to come talk to us about our gifting (what we were promised for doing this presentation) from Bass Pro. The second woman had nothing to do with the gift....she was just a more aggressive sales person. She brought out a few more options of how we could buy in and keep the Charter option. The Charter is just something they use to pressure you into buying in right then and there- its added benefits that you can get the first time they pitch to you. We declined a few times. Just to give you an idea- here is what the numbers looked like. They use a point system. You get a set amount of points every year. Packages ranged from $10-30k. The first package presented to us was $28,800, $6,000 down and $400 a month for 10 years at 16.99% interest. Plus yearly maintenance fees. The second lady left and they took us down stairs. By this time it was 11 a.m. we arrived at 8:45 a.m. Our tour guide sat us down again and offered another vacation deal - it was a good deal BUT you had to agree to attend another presentation- no thanks.

Wonderful amenities! Miniature golf was great family fun and my kids enjoyed the indoor sports facilities. Not too far from Branson and the atmosphere was relaxing. Only thing negative was we couldn't really sleep in due to new construction in the resort.

Beautiful location on shore of Table Rock Lake. Spacious rooms with large dine in Kitchen. Miniature golf course was best I have ever played. Indoor basketball & tennis. Access to three good pools but the star is the lazy river. Staff is friendly, Wednesday afternoon bingo was a hoot.

"Wonderful stay"
05/18/15 travelnmoma Joplin, Missouri
The property was beautiful! We had a one bedroom suite which included a full kitchen and a balcony that overlooked the pool and lake. We only stayed one night, so we didn't get to take advantage of everything the property had to offer, but we will definitely be back. We were able to check out a movie and a game from the clubhouse. It's close to Big Cedar, but we decided to go into Hollister for dinner instead. It was an easy drive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our anniversary weekend. I would highly recommend it! ***As others have mentioned, it is difficult to find, so you might want to call for directions.***

"Family Getaway"
05/16/15 PlayTherapist
Our extended family of 12 spent two nights in two three bedroom condos on May 14th & 15th. Our condos were on the fourth floor of building 2. Those of us who did not go mini-golf enjoyed being able to take chairs out to watch them play. The kids also enjoyed playing tennis & racing to the top of the stairs. The kitchen was beautiful and we loved the patio. Features such as the deep tub in the main bathroom & the wood - barn doors & beams were a good addition. Our only complaint were the beds - they were high & hard (it appeared there was a base of stained plywood under the box spring which squeaked at times) and the pillows were all firm.
