"Good place to stay -- new, clean, convenient"
It was a great place to stay. These appear to be owner-rented condos, but it was very nice. Ten minute drive into Branson, less than that to Big Cedar Lodge. Rates were very good, especially for the newness of the room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great get away"
This was an awesome place to stay. The are doing some improvement with the aminities but the room was awesome.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a nice resort...lots of amenitiesGenuine Hotels.com guest review
The room was great! Very clean! Beautiful View! We over looked the pool and the lake. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate with us so we didn't get to use the pool. The only downfall was that there was only one pack off coffee left for us and we were there 2 mornings. Next time I will bring some coffee with us.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Rooms smaller than a hotel room but called Studios"
I thought the property was very nice, although it was being worked on everywhere, it was almost too new to start having people stay. lots of maintenance everywhere, yellow tape, signs stating not working, etc. But I was MOST unhappy about the size of the room we received, it was smaller than a hotel room and had a couch crammed into the tiny room, no […] closet to hang clothes, it said it had a kitchen, but it was really a wet bar with a mini fridge, it was not a suite. "Its more than I could have hoped for."

Branson was no more then 15 minutes away and I don't even care. I couldn't stay right here and be content. This is going to be a regular place for me and the family. Everything we need is right here. In the condo, a full kitchen w/ cooking ware. Pots, pans, silverware and stoneware. ...it's amazing! I am so spoiled right now.

We were in building 3 in a 3 BR condo. The inside of the condo was fantastic and possibly the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. We had a nice large deck off the living room and master bedroom but my biggest disappoinment was our view! All we could see is the trees and we were definately hoping for a lake view. We really didnt spend a lot of time at the condo as we spent most of our time in Branson so it wasnt a huge issue for us. The master bedroom was huge and had a gas fireplace and a rock walk in shower in the master bath. The kitchen was well supplied with all the utensils we could have needed. The beds were perfect! It is close to Big Cedar but unfortunately no shuttle. The fireworks at Big Cedar are unbelievable!! We did rent a pontoon boat from Bass Pro Shops Long Creek Marina which was only 10 minutes away and it is a great Marina! We never really had to deal with staff other than at check in and they were friendly for check in. I have no clue what the rooms are like in building 7 but the view of the lake would have been great from that building and would explore that option if possible!

Had a great 2 night stay at Paradise Point south of Branson on June 25-27, 2014. Accommodations were very nice. Putt putt golf course outside our building was bonus! Lots of construction right now, but will be top notch when complete! Was not too loud like previous posts? Will keep on our short list of future stays!

My husband and I stayed at Paradise Point June 6-9, 2014. We are Bluegreen owners and knew that Bluegreen acquired this property a couple years ago, but this was our first chance to check it out. Check in was smooth and all employees that we encountered were very friendly. It is very obvious that they are working diligently on upgrading this property and to add to it as well. We stayed in two 1-bedroom units. (We originally booked for 2-nights and decided to stay a 3rd night; so, had to change rooms to be able to accomodate our additional night.) The first room was a "1-bedroom Executive". The unit was okay, but there were things we definitely did not care for about it. The bedroom was in the front of the unit; so, right next to the hallway and noise of everyone going by. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo and the tub was slippery with the sides sloping in making it even worse. We are not elderly by any means and so I hate to think of any elderly people trying to use the shower. A vinyl shower mat would really be useful! The unit had been updated very nicely though for the most part. Whoever the interior designer that came up with metal chairs for the dining table (much like folding metal chairs but ones that do not fold) really needs to be fired. It was of poor taste! The balcony had 2 chairs and a little side table. It did have a great view of the lake, pool, and playground. The second room we had was a "1-bedroom Premier". This unit was much more to our liking. It was the main unit of a 2-bedroom lockout. The bedroom was in the back of the unit and so it was away from the noise of those walking down the hallway and those wheeling their luggage over the tiled hallway floor. It also had a nice view of the lake. The bathroom was much nicer as well. It had a jetted tub, two sinks (one pedestal and one with countertop), and separate shower stall. This unit had a larger balcony with a round dining table and 4-chairs and still had a great view of the lake, pool, and playground. The unit itself was also larger. It too had been updated very nicely, but again the stupid tacky metal chairs for the dining table like the first room. As far as the resort itself goes, the pool is a zero entry pool and has a nice waterslide. The jacuzzi is of nice size. There is a nice bathhouse at the pool and we noticed that they are in the process of adding a snack bar area. Just outside of the pool area on the outide part of the bathhouse there are 3 gas grills, tables with chairs, and a couple picnic tables. The small playground is right next to this area as well. There is a semi-permanent inflatable structure that houses 2 courts that can serve as basketball courts, tennis courts, or volleyball courts. There were basketballs, volleyballs, tennis rackets, and tennis balls available to use. It was actually a very nice set up. The registration building is in the process of construction, but it was easy to tell that it will be nice when it is completed. In the building there was pool table, small fitness room and lounge area. You can also check out DVDs here. (Since we did not check out any, I cannot tell you how recent the releases are though.) To us the big plus of this resort is the lake access. There is a boat ramp onsite as well as complimentary uncovered boat slips and fee-based covered boat slips. The covered boat slips also has electricity available at each slip and there is a cleaning station at the far end. For those without a boat or jet skis, you cannot use the marina at Big Cedar BUT Bass Pro has just opened Long Creek Marina and you can utilize it. I think as time goes on this resort will continue to improve, but it is nice as it is now even. The only thing that we saw that they could improve on (other than replacing the metal dining table chairs) is to mow. Keeping the are nicely mowed would really enhance the appearance!

I INITIALLY TRIED TO WRITE THIS AS TWO SEPARATE REVIEWS BUT TA WOULDN'T ALLOW IT, SO PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW OR AT LEAST THE 2 SEPARATE ROOM PORTIONS TOWARD THE END. Paradise Point is located about 15-20 minutes outside of Branson on Table Rock Lake, (Gorgeous Lake). About 10-15 minutes from the Branson airport. About 5-7 minutes away from Big Cedar Lodge w/restaurants, music nightly, small shops, horseback riding & spa. It is about 8-10 minutes away from the Long Creek Bass Pro Marina where you can rent boats & watercraft. Big Cedar has a Marina but if you are not a guest you cannot rent from them. It is about 10-15 minutes away from the State Park Marina where you can also rent boats/watercraft. It is about 10 minutes away from College of the Ozaks & the Keeter Center. About 20-30 min away from Silver Dollar City. Although it is not in downtown Branson, Hubby and I thoroughly enjoy it because we are the type to boat / fish / relax, and enjoy relaxing in a less commercial type of area. The grounds are really pretty and it is very quiet and serene. Once you get to know your way around it is pretty easy to get to anywhere you want in under 30 minutes. I recommend picking up an "area" map from the airport at the kiosk by baggage claim whether you stay here or somewhere else it is very helpful. Our entire 8 night/10 day experience was booked through our time share, 2 nights with points in a 1 bedroom and the remaining 6 nights with bonus time ($$) in a 3 bedroom. I cannot comment on price comparison with other Hotels/Condos as we receive a substantial discount. Paradise Point is still in the midst of development. They are getting ready to build 2 additional buildings of condo's, a big clubhouse with an indoor pool, fitness room, etc. There is currently 1 outdoor pool w/small water slide & jacuzzi, large decking area surrounding the pool area, chairs, kids play area, restrooms, etc with a lake view located behind building #7. There are uncovered boat docks for use for free or covered boat docks for $15 daily. There is currently an enclosed tent style area with a basketball court and tennis area temporarily until the permanent building is built. The small fitness room is located in the temporary clubhouse/registration office for now. The registration office has ice, soda/water, ice cream bars and a snack machine items for sale. They have complimentary coffee & tea. They also have all the show, attraction, maps, etc brochures you would need for Branson. There is NOT a restaurant on location but there are bar-b-q grills at each building with propane so no worries on lighter fluid, briquettes, etc. Upon check in and throughout the reservation process every staff member we came in contact with was always very hospitable, helpful and accommodating. THIS PORTION IS BASED ON THE 1 BEDROOM UNIT STAY: 2 Stars for this room We were placed in building #7, the oldest building on the property, in a 1 bedroom on the bottom floor. We had a lake view out of the back door but the front bedroom window looked at the foundation wall. In Branson a lot of the condo's have a bottom level that is beneath ground level from the front of the building but above ground level in the back of the building (Open Basement Style). The problem with this type of unit is if it is small you feel like you are in a dungeon or slightly claustrophobic, luckily I don't have problems with claustrophobia but I still didn't like it. The unit itself, even though newly remodeled, felt dingy. I was disappointed in the cleanliness or lack thereof. I found food crumbs and dust on the countertops and hair in the bathroom. When you sat on the toilet, the pipes in the wall and up into the ceiling banged like they were going to come right through. The decor was ok, dining table looked like it belonged in a garage sale and the couch uncomfortable. At 7ish in the morning cleaning staff were outside our bedroom window discussing the days activities and using their "walkies" to communicate nice and loudly. The laundry area was right next to our window area also. Anytime anyone was talking outside our door or window it was as if they were in the room with us. Something was leaking under the kitchen sink as there was water underneath and had already ruined the cabinet. The room was equipped with all the necessities of a home, except washer & dryer. Small full kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, bathroom w/tub/shower combo, etc. Bath products were from Bath & Bodyworks about the only thing I found I liked about this particular room. On day 2 we moved to our 3 bedroom which is when I expressed my concerns regarding the 1 bedroom we just experienced and that's when I learned that Bldg #7 is the oldest building existing on the property and that the quality of construction was less than superior at that time. I did not have the opportunity to see any other rooms in building #7 but if I had to stay in the building again I would stay home! Now for the 3 bedroom, please see the next following review. THIS PORTION IS BASED ON OUR 3 BEDROOM UNIT: 5 Stars Loved it! Loved it! Loved it! Completely different building, one of the newest built. We were placed on the 3rd floor, beautiful view of the lake and grounds. The room/house was so incredible. It was as if we checked into a completely different property. Upon entering the condo there were two bedrooms right up front with queen beds and walk in closests, big screen TV's, dressers, ceiling fans and beautifully decorated. Then you walked through the hallway into a very big open kitchen with a 4x4 island with stools. The kitchen was a full kitchen with everything you would need at home, even salt & pepper. The condo continued into a large living room with a beautiful fireplace and view overlooking the lake. There was also a good size patio with chairs. There was a full bath off the kitchen, nice big tub, single sink. A laundry closet w/washer & dryer. The master bedroom was just about as big as the kitchen and LR combined. It also had a fireplace, plenty of closet and drawer space. The master bath had a walk in shower, good size with pebbles built into the floor. It had dual sinks with granite on all the counters. There was a separate toilet closet as well. The decor in the entire condo was perfect for the setting and comfort. The bed was comfortable as well. Also a ceiling fan in the room as well as a door to the patio. As long as I can stay in this room I would come back over and over again. Already planning my next trip with a large group of family. Can't wait. By the way this entire condo was very clean and no issues with plumbing, noises in the wall or issues with hearing people talking outside. The only noise we heard from other neighbors was above us when the would drag their chair across the floor. Still not enough of a disturbance to prevent me from coming back. I Hoped this review helped you in your search and decision. Happy searching.

This is a Blue Green owned property and I must say, speaking strictly about the cono itself, it is the nicest we have ever stayed in. Spacious, quality furnishings, everything worked, beautiful wood cabinets, two fireplaces, large deck, everything you need for preparing meals, VERY awesome master shower (pebble floor!), large bathroom, yummy beds, etc.! The only downside is the resort property is fairly isolated (would have been absolutely perfect if we had a boat as there are plenty of slips and direct access to Table Rock Lake) and there really isn't much to do on site- no restaraunts, one swimming pool (nothing fancy) and indoor tennis courts (which I never saw anyone use). But, did I mentnion our beautiful condo? Holy cow! It was a girls weekend (3 of us) and we actually only left the condo twice (to get more movies). Cozy but spacious!
"We were disappointed"
My wife and I went here for a weekend get away and upon arrival the complex seemed nice. We were put in a very tiny room, maybe it was because I was using my rewards points. This was the smallest room I've ever stayed in and I didn't see that many other vehicles around to lead me to believe they were full. Needless to say, we will never return here again. The lady that checked us in was very nice though.
"Absolute perfection !!! 5 stars"
We really enjoyed our stay , super clean condo .we had a three bedroom .We will return. No complaints with 6 adults. Roads are kept clear in the bad weather.Hot tub was closed due to weather ( 28 degrees) in February.
