It was great upon checking in. We were expected and ushered to our lovely luxury and large room. There was an initial problem with getting in, however the staff were quick to fix this issue. The facilities were great, and we enjoyed the pool everyday. The staff are so helpful & polite; we were only staying a night, but it is a beautiful place with beautiful people, and very well located near shops and restaurants, made it a great central location for tours, we stayed 5 nights; beatiful pool, great food, the pictures don't do it justice. The staff were not very friendly. They need to smile more and greet guests. The breakfast buffet was not pleasing to the taste of Westerners. The menu was very Filipino and lacked variety. My husband and son chose to forgo eating breakfast because they did not like the food which was mainly garlic fried rice, Filipino sausage or dried beef or dried […] fish. The hotel economized too much on the breakfast. The room was very small for 3 people. We were given a room with one double bed and one single bed. I give it a solid "3" ! There was nothing "bad" about this Hotel, there are some items that could be improved and some that are structural that cannot: the rooms are smaller then I am accustomed to, the view out the window was another wall 4 feet away. Improvements could include: fix the WiFi, fix the switch mechanism from spigot to shower and clean […] the corners in the Bathroom. On the upside: Shuttle to & from the airport is great, Staff is very competent and curteous. the Pool looked good, the Bar is outside, I would have enjoyed having a Drink in airconditioned comfort (it was quite warm & humid) dining was also mostly outside, I had Dinner in-house once, it was "Grill-night" it was good, nothing fancy, but no complaints. There is a tour desk staffed by an independant tour company, I found tours a bit on the "pricey" side. Overall; I would stay there again! Read more

Ett bra hotell med hög klass i Filippinerna. Jag var nöjd med min vistelse där. Skönt att bo riktigt bra innan man påbörjar sin tur hem mot Europa.

Bonne surprise avec espace piscine très agréable. Notre chambre était un peu petite, mais très suffisant pour une nuit. Personnel très souriant et serviable et transfert vers aéroport compris dans le prix.
