I enjoyed very comfortable vacation in this place. Staff's hospitality and smile is unforgettable. The location is perfect to go everywhere in George town. Especially neighbourfood is very local mood. Some drinking bar is always welcome for backpackers, walking distance for local street food place. The hotel staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is beautifully detailed and finished, but the superior room was dark and claustrophobic. The two small windows were sealed and shuttered- a rather unsuccessful attempt to keep out the long, blaring 5am wake up call from the mosque next door (Apart from turning down the volume a notch, wish the muezzin […] would at least learn proper Arabic - he butchered the call to prayer). The noise-related issues are a shame really, as the small hotel is otherwise an oasis of calm. No TV (good), safe or fridge (bad) in the room, leave your shoes downstairs. The breakfast is very good, hope they keep it up. The location is central and convenient for all historic sites. It seems Cintra lane is located in the heart of a tranny red light district, though the area feels perfectly safe and harmless at night. Found plenty of good food options within walking distance. The Cintra Heritage House (Café and Hotel) at 1,3,5,7 Lebuh Cintra, is beautiful and tranquil. It’s an eco-friendly wood-accented building. Staying at Cintra Heritage is like rusticating in a Malay home. The room I had on the ground floor was immaculate, spacious, uniquely furnished and equipped with a ceiling fan and an air-conditioning unit. The bathroom, […] though small, was compact and highly functional. Complimentary bottled-water and coffee packets placed daily in my room as well as free WiFi and Internet service were great bonuses. Moreover, the breakfast served every morning was consistently well above par. The hotel staff was efficient, friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. The dedicated team ensured that every need of every guest was met everyday with kindness and sincerity. The beauty of Cintra Heritage House is its homely ambiance. The hotel is within walking distance to many places including, among others, laundromats, money changers, street food vendors, restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely little hotel with an excellent central location in Georgetown. Clean, comfortable and friendly. Originally booked the suite but being downstairs it didn't have a window except on the internal courtyard (felt like a cave), asked to be moved upstairs and it was no problem. Room upstairs large and comfy albeit noisy from the street but this was […] not too much of an issue. Air con and Wifi worked perfectly. Staff very friendly although would need to be a bit more switched on and more prepared/informed to answer tourists requests. Taxi airport pick up and drop off arranged for you without a hitch and I was allowed to have a late check out 16:30 without additional charge. would recommend, good value for money Read more

飯店的地板有點糟，所以我們都穿自攜的涼鞋。另外，由於樓層之間的是用木造的，所以上層的落床聲，以致踏步聲都聽得到。但由於我們實在太倦，所以都不太影響。客服員都很親切有禮，飯店的整體保養做得很好。

Grundsätzlich schreibe ich ungern schlecht über dieses Hotel, da sich die Mitarbeiter sehr viel Mühe gegeben haben. Das Zimmer war, wie zu erwarten, liebevoll im alten Stil eingerichtet und soweit auch sauber und komfortabel (sehr groß) aber unser Zimmer 202 ging leider direkt auf die Straße hinaus und hatte keine Fenster sondern nur Holzfensterläden, […] was grundsätzlich bei den Temperaturen ja kein Problem ist, aber leider die Lautstärke schon, ständig sind Motorräder und LKWs vorbei gefahren und gehupt wurde auch viel. Dementsprechend konnte ich ohne Oropax leider kein Auge zu bekommen, ob dies in anderen Zimmern besser ist kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir leider auch auf Anfrage nicht tauschen konnten, da alle Zimmer ausgebucht waren.
