The Pan Pacific staff really took incredible care of me during my stay, and I greatly appreciate their service. The property itself is beautifully decorated, from the lobby to the guest rooms, and the location is very central for doing business in Singapore as well. Overall, one of my very best stays in Singapore. I will definitely return!

This hotel continues to be my favorite place to stay while working in Singapore. The staff continues to give above and beyond customer service, and the hotel appears to be making improvements and upgrades which it needs to do. Will head back for another trip in a few weeks to this hotel.

I did a lot of research on where to stay in Singapore. We received excellent value. Large room with patio and view of park. Staff went out of their way... to help us with transport and suggestions. Only icky thing was that the small rug under our bed was not well vacuumed and had long dark hair on it. Convenient location to metro and Chinatown night market, where there is yummy food and great people watching. Would stay here again and have already recommended it to friends. The heritage double room is much smaller than you're led to believe and the bathroom is smaller still [with a step up, no fan or door seal, and shower water spillage on the floor unavoidable with a tiny, doorless stall]. Had a short 2 day family stay..other than the room size and absence of a in-house restaurant with room service, we had no complaints. Though room was very small,it felt quite cosy but wud be uncomfortable for a long duration stay..loved d free titbits, coffee and icecream served complimentary by the hotel!

I have stayed many times at the international hotels in Singapore, so this time I fancied a different experience: boutique hotel, old colonial building, Chinatown district. I chose one of the cheaper rooms (the better rooms are quite pricey), fully understanding that it would be a small room with no window. I wasn't planning to do much except sleep […] there anyway. Although I got what I expected and what I paid for, once inside the room I could of course have been anywhere. So if you really want to get the most out of being in an old colonial-style building, you should probably consider paying for a room with a window or, better, a balcony. Good location, though, nice street, and just a few mins walk from 2 MRT stations. Read more

　部屋は狭いですが綺麗です。アメニティーは無いに等しいです。ホテルの対応は素晴らしいです。日本語が上手なスタッフがいます。女性１人旅、カップルにお勧めです。歩いて行ける所に有名なフードコートが有ります。チキンライスとお粥の有名店が有ります。並んでいるので直ぐに分かるでしょう。スタッフの方の頑張りが分かるホテルです。お勧め出来るホテルです。

Personalen är väldigt trevliga. Väldigt hjälpsamma och fixar fort och utan problem. Vi bodde i det minsta rummet, som inte har något fönster. Rummen är inte stora men det är rent och fräscht och finns allt du behöver. Inget varmvatten bara. Blev några kallduschar. Vet inte om det bara var tillfälligt. Läget var bra det med.
