No maid service for the length of our stay. Had to request towels and had to go pick them up. Floors had sand on them and they were never vacuumed. Hot water faucet in tub had a major leak when turned on. Very hot water spewed on our feet when taking a shower unless we were very careful. Could not be repaired because unit was too old.

The location was great, 1/2 block to beach easy to get to I95 or 25 minutes to South Miami Beach. Bring a towel for the beach and pool. The room was clean, but it is a typical old building the is par for the area. The place was busy and noisy so if you are not looking to have fun this is not the location for you

It was ok, but didnt like having to pay $50 per day parking.

We stayed just one night on our way north to NY and did not know what to expect nor did we plan to stay there. To make a long story short, this hotel which is more like a small apartment was excellent in every detail. The beach was about 150 fee away and everything was there. We walked on the boardwalk for a while and found it very enjoyable. The crowd […] in this area Hollywood beach is a mature crowd, I would say 30 year olds and up but mostly a retirement crowd. Restaurants, shops, etc can be found. Back to the room, very comfortable, clean, and efficient. Great for 2 people. Staff was excellent to deal with. A very pleasant experience indeed! Read more

His hotel was not even a half of a star!!!! There was stains all over the bed. So I asked for my money back so the man in the office said that he would UPGRADE ME to a better room. This room not only had stains all on the sheet but also hair and I am not even sure they came from a persons head. They still refused to do anything about it.
