The apartment was well equiped, spacious & clean. It had everything you needed & although we stayed only one night it would be great for a week or more as a base to explore London. The tube is really close, as is London Bridge station, so easy access to the whole of London. Unfortunately the apartments are NOT on Union Street as advertised but a 10mins walk away - very annoying if you've booked the hotel based on its location as I did. I received a call the day before my stay from the hotel to inform me that the office to pick up the keys from is on Union St but the actual apartments are on Great Suffolk Street. Based […] on this, I wanted to change my booking but was not allowed to. Although this did mean spending money on cabs which I hadn't planned to, the apartment was stunning and very clean. Local shops and good transport links close by. Good supply of cleaning products and general equipment e.g. iron, kitchen utensils etc. Easy to use heating system. I reserved an apartment at 6 union street but 6 union street was their office and then they send me off to an apartment in borough road which was over a mile from union street. This was very inconvenient and the apartment was next to railway lines. Kept me awake till 1130 and woke me up early morning. While checking-in I offered cash as security but […] since I was checking out at 0800 they would not take cash but asked me to provide credit card details on a A4 sheet on which they did not explain the security of my card...very unprofessional document. The Apartment was advertised on Union St. It's not. Corridors had a really horrible odour from the neighbours cooking.... Smallest bath towles ever! Now the good stuff. Good size for 4 people. Well equipped (fridge, cooker coffee mc & internet etc) and quiet location.

We were staying in London so that we could go to the theatre and to a concert at the O2. As my partner has a ten year old daughter, we chose to take a two bedroomed apartment rather than sqeezing into an overpriced hotel room. The price was very good and if there had been two couples it would be a great way to keep accommodation costs down. Location […] was in Borough which is OK (about ten minutes walk south of Borough tube) , but we ended up with a railway line five metres outside the window and the double glazing isn't great. There's a Tesco Express in the same building. Very basic furnishings - all Ikea - and ineffective blinds on the windows rather than curtains. The floor was sticky too for some reason..... It was OK but it seems to be the luck of the draw as to which of the many apartments you get. The address given on the website is the office where you have to go first to collect keys - for us about fifteen minutes walk from the apartment. Would I use it again? Yes, but I'd want to know where I'd be staying beforehand. Read more

Lägenheten i sig var bra. 3 separata sovrum med 2 toaletter och ett välutrustat kök. Läget var bra när man lärde sig hitta andra vägar, ca 10 min promenad till affär och tunnelbana. Det som inte framgick var att adressen som visades i bokningen var till ett bokningskontor. Vi fick där en karta med en krånglig väg till lägenheten som låg en bra bit från […] kontoret. Det borde ha framgått då vi valde lägenhet med närhet till tunnelbana. Vi bodde inte på lägenhetshotell utan i ett bostadsrättsområde. Inget wifi! Read more

Vi ble først skuffet da adressen som var oppgitt viste seg å være et kontor og ikke leiligheten der vi skulle bo. Vi fikk utdelt nøkkel og et kart og måtte finne leiligheten selv, dette var ikke helt hva vi hadde sett for oss. Men da vi kom fram var det en veldig grei leilighet med masse plass og grei standard.Det ligger en liten matbutikk, pizza takeout […] og en argentinsk restaurant i smme kvartal, noe som var praktisk da vi kom dit på kvelden. Blev mycket positivt överraskad över lägenheten som var lika fin som på bilderna. Fräsch, med två badrum med dusch, tvättmaskin och diskmaskin. Bra öppettider på receptionen 10-22 och möjlighet att lämna väskorna där vid utcheckning. Gratis Wifi var ju också helt suveränt. Nära mataffär och tunnelbanestation. Enda nackdelen var att den låg vid en tunnelbanestation […] som man var tvungen att byta från för att komma in till centrum, Bank, och den är stor och mycket gående i tunnlar. Lägenheten var rymlig med dubbla sovrum och två badrum samt bra kök och vardagrum. Väl värt pengarna för en familj på 2 vuxna och 2 barn. Enda man bör ha koll på är attlägenheten ligger ca 10 minuter gångväg från incheckningskontoret. Utcheckning krävs ej dock. Union Apartments의 Vesta Court를 이용했다. 런던 브릿지역과 버로우 역에서 가깝고, 런던 브릿지 Pier에서 배를 이용하기에도 좋다. 아파트에서 테스코 익스프레스도 가깝고, 카페 그리고 주변 호텔 부가시설을 이용할 수 도 있다. 방2개의 객실을 선택해서 3일동안 보냈는데, 가격을 생각한다면 아파트시설이 아주 좋다고 생각한다. 여행기간동안 영국에서 음식 재료를 구입해서 먹어보고 자동차를 이용할 수 있다는 점이 아주 좋다고 생각한다. 도보로도 충분히 런던을 즐길 수 있다고 생각한다.

The address "6 Union Street" is the address to the office where you pick up the keys to the apartment. We thought this was the place where we should stay, and we were lucky because it seemed […] to be very central and close to both London Bridge Station and Borough Station. BUT when arriving we were told that the apartment was located 15-20 minutes walk from "6 Union Street", and then the apartment was not so central anymore. Estetica del apartamento impecable, mejor de lo que esperaba, aunque no mencionan nada sobre el late check in, que si se realiza despues de las 9 pm cobran un monto extra. Vi var fem stk som overnattet i en av leilighetene, og alle sammen er svært fornøyd. Kjempefin leilighet med alt man skulle trenge. Eneste minus er at den leiligheten vi fikk, lå et lite stykke unna nærmeste t-bane. Ihvertfall 10 mins gange.

Lägenheten var över förväntan! 2 sovrum, stort vardagsrum med barkök och 2 badrum. Vi var två vuxna med barn på 11 resp 16 år som bodde där i 3 dygn. Finns allt man behöver och lägenheten är jättetrevlig. Bra läge vid borough station, underground till London ca: 12 min. Skulle gärna bo där igen!
