"Close to tower"
About 20 minutes walk to the leaning tower. But my room was on the main road side so noisy.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Small intimate hotel with very friendly staff"
Really enjoyed our 2 night's stay. Small intimate hotel with great receptionist. Staff are so friendly & so willing to assist where possible ( e.g. Information on restaurants, bus timetables, airport check in etc) . Drinks/ snacks available all day. Hotel is very clean. Although old town centre is a 15 minute walk , the hotel is ideally located for […] the Leaning Tower . Public bus stop for Train Stn & Airport are 2 minute walk away. Lovely landscaped garden for sitting out . Although we were happy with breakfast( €5 per person) , some might consider it limited . I would recommend the Hotel if taking a short city break in Pisa.

Giudizio complessivo: molto buono! "A lot to like."

An old villa on a crossroads very close to the Tower and an easy walk into town. Right by the bus stop to the airport. Stylishly renovated, very clean, good bed, heavily padded room doors a nice touch. First class friendly and helpful staff. Rooms overlooking the garden better than on the road, as the crossroad is quite busy, although we had a road room and weren't much bothered by the traffic, as there was double glazing and aircon. Nice terraces to sit out, light breakfast ok. Probably wouldn't rebook for a long stay but just fine for a night or two.

This hotel is within walking distance of the leaning tower of Pisa. The parking provided by the hotel is limited to 4 spaces. Got a parking ticket trying to park on the street. There is street parking available at night for free. The room was clean however the air condition when turned on was musty smelling so it was not used. It had a refrigerator and working WIFI. The open window was over the terrace area, which was used mainly for smoking. It was noisy during the night resulting in little sleep. The bathroom had a shower stall that included the toilet and bidet in it. I don't know if the other rooms had the same arrangement.
"Good for a short stay near the heart of Pisa."

We visited Pisa for 2 nights and the hotel gave us a good base to stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was easy to find from the bus stop and only a 5 minute walk from the Leaning Tower and all the restaurants. The room was clean with good air con and wi fi, though the beds were very hard and the pillows not great. There is also no lift access, but if you are ok climbing a few steps it's not an issue. All in all a good place for a short stay in Pisa.
"Nice stay. ( and the Mille Miglia )"

My wife and I stayed here for one night after travelling from Den Bosch to Livorno on the motor rail service. A free private car parking place was offered and used which was really useful. Our large family room had a kitchenette and table & chairs. The bathroom was large and well fitted with a great shower. The room was on the 1st floor on the corner with the largest window facing the Via Bonanno. This made for a little noise but all the Mille Miglia cars came past late in the afternoon and for a petrol head like me this was priceless. I sat with the window open looking out with a grandstand view soaking up the sounds and smells of the old cars. I have never seen so many 300 Gullwings one after the other. A wonderful way to spend a couple of hours. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the leaning tower and the commercial centre of Pisa. We had no trouble finding somewhere good to eat. The linked Restaurant L'europeo was very good for lunch and we had a 15% discount because we were staying at the hotel. Breakfast was good value at 5 euros each and there was plenty of it. All of the staff we saw were helpful and friendly and offered good service. A very good value hotel in the middle of Pisa.

nice hotel, very well located, very kind service, all very clean. a little noisy at night or very early in the morning if your room faces the street (the other one, not Via Risorgimento but Via Bonanno Pisano, quite noisy). Breakfast very tight.

We used this hotel as our overnight stop on our arrival in Italy. The hotel was clean and tidy and situated close to the tower and I managed to get a free parking space outside the hotel. The room although very clean didn't have a fridge or safety deposit box and the breakfast was a bit on the basic side. This hotel was ideal for our first night stop over but I probably wouldn't stop here for any length of time, besides as everyone will tell you, there's not much to see in Pisa!
"Nice hotel, great location"

This is a nice and clean hotel with great location with very friendly staff! We stayed two nights at this hotel in may and would recommend it for 1 or 2 nights. Keep in mind that the rooms at the first floor could be noisy during breakfast hours. Its mostly the tone of voice of one of the staff members you hear, sorry to say. Tip: Take the bus from Pisa to Viareggio beach and you will have a great time.
"Amazing hotel close to Pisa attractions."

We stayed in this hotel for one night on the 21st of may, for the price we paid it was amazing. The room was spotless and huge even had a kitchenette. The decoration was typically Italian but modern. It was very close (within 10-15mins walk) from the leaning tower. WiFi access was great and free. The breakfast was plentiful and very much worth it. The people running it were pleasant and helpful. Free courtyard parking if they can squeeze you in. When we go back to Pisa we will stay here again.
"Nice, clean Hotel, quite near the tower"
05/14/13 Jan S Alcudia, Spain
Quite a nice hotel, on the whole. I agree with a previous review that the 'reception' we were given was quite neutral but pleasant. We had a ground floor room which was clean and spacious, but the window would not close properly as the handle was missing. At first I did not think it was a problem as there were also persianas, but the planks on these were also broken, which made access quite easy. The night porter did not understand the 'problem' and the following day when I advised reception I was told that if I had pushed hard on the window it would have closed. Luckily we were leaving this day as I would not have wanted to leave my possessions in this room. I am sure that his was just a 'blip' as not a bad hotel in general.
