Lobby was nice and as represented in the pics. They had no record of our reservation after traveling half way around the world until I worked with the girl working the desk to search her emails from Hotels.com for my name and there it was... after a while they moved someone, and gave us a room... only a dirty mattress pad was on the bed, no sheets (not […] sure if this is common but we didn't have sleeping bags or sheets), not enough english was spoken (which is understandable, we were in Vietnam) by the helper to understand that we wanted/ needed sheets... we used the free wi-fi to find another place to stay and left. They were very kind and helpful and refunded the money. I'll agree, my expectations of a hostel were probably too high, this seems like a nice place and was clean in a great location of HCM City. The hotel is located down the alley next to a small market, plenty of shopping, food, and taxis can be found directly outside of the hotel. The hotel is VERY CLEAN and comfortable. The staff is friendly, and can arrange tours, and they have a cheap laundry service as well. Definitly recommend this hotel.

My first time hostel experience. Private locker private bathroom. 3 bunkbeds all female room. Apart from leaking sink everything else is fine...for less tgan 8bucks a night I think its quite good..

The road that leads into the hostel isnt that nice but don't worry the hostel is amazing. In the morning there is a little food market 5 metres from the hostel door. The bed is kind of hard, but bearable. Rooms are really clean, and the staff are soooo helpful and friendly ! We loved talking to them. Breakfast is simple but tasty.

We stayed as a family with our 19 year old daughter. Booked 3 nights but stayed an additional night. When we arrived I had booked the wrong size room but with no hassel whatsoever we were able to change to the correct room and book an additional night. Det här hotellet hade verkligen trevlig personal! Jag och min flickvän var där i två nätter under Vietnamesiska nyårsfirandet. Jalusier drogs ner för ingången på kvällen, men det satt alltid personal innanför som öppnade när man knackade. Rummet var rent, fräscht och framförallt väldigt prisvärt. Dock så var våra krav inte så höga eftersom att vi backpackat […] runt Sydostasien och sovit på hostel med lägre standard. Allt är ju relativt. Hotellet ligger mitt i backpackerdistriktet med massor av resebolag som fixar bussar till många olika destinationer. Jag skulle absolut rekommendera detta hotell till mina vänner! Read more

英語を理解してくれるスタッフとそうでないスタッフがいますが、生活するには問題なかったです。現地のスタッフは住み込みで働いており、懸命に生きている姿が印象的でした。自分の部屋はなく、ロビーのスペースや食堂のスペースを使って工夫しながら寝ていました。お世話になりました。
