The Acapulco Crowne Plaza is an excellent place to stay. Right on the beach, very close to many very good places to eat. Shopping if you like, we did not go for the shops. Water activies right there on the beach. The hotel is in a perfect place to enjoy Acapulco. Dave

Fun hotel to stay in with plenty of activities. Hotel was clean and tidy although the place is a little old and tired. All up but it was a nice place to stay with friendly and helpful staff.

For the price, we were very happy. Loved having the space as the badroom closes off to the sitting area. The service and hotel was excellent and welcoming.

Small cozy hotel far from center but close to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. No mosquito nets so can't leave windows open, that's a minus. Quiet rooms. Much nicer upstairs with balconies.

Room is pretty much clean, need more toilet paper tough, only provide half roll when we checked-in, no extra neither for the next day. Mini refri helped, and 2 bottles of drinking water for $10/each were not bad at all. It's an alley hotel, nice walk to the beach, can be seen from hotel also close to the main street as well, near Walmart. Alleys were […] a little bit stink. Super laud sound like fire bomb at midnight scared us to death, thought we're in the war zone, when we opened the curtain there were fireworks in the beach, we wish the staff told us ahead. Es un hotel cómodo y con muy buena ubicación. No tienen servicio de restaurante, pero te recomiendan varias opciones que puedes pedir a domicilio. Es un lugar acogedor, y muy limpio, con habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. No esperes recibir un servicio 5 estrellas porque no lo estás pagando, pero no deja mucho que desear. La limpieza de la habitación […] la hacen al momento en que sales de la habitación, aunque esto sea después de mediodía y la dejan impecable. Lo único que les hizo falta fue que al momento de pedir una michelada con clamato, no tenían clamato y me la sirvieron con jugo de tomate, así que no esperes una gran variedad de licores, como si fuera un bar de calidad internacional, pero si puede esperar un personal muy amable y un bar tender con muy buenas recomendaciones para salir a pasear o a parrandear por Acapulco. El hotel es pequeño, amigable. Fuimos en temporada baja y aunque la caja de seguridad (del cuarto) no estaba funcionando el personal fue muy atento. La alberca es agradable y el servicio de bar medianamente bueno. El costo fue aceptable y la playa está a solo una cuadra... Aunque el cuarto estaba limpio, podría estar mejor.
